Good Service. Cleanliness. Near the city Center.

I have 2 different booking number 26-29 dec & 29 - 1 january 2020 I admit it was my fault at the beginning I forgot the second booking so I left it and stay to another hotel but my concern is excuse me... System right? Why they didn't mention at all while I am checking in and while i'm checking out as well i'm speechless

The hotel is perfect for backpackers and hikers/climbers. It will not be as comfortable if you travel with family especially with kids as it is sharing bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is in the remote area hence a bit dark and quiet in the evening especially winter. Better to travel in a group and arrive here before dark.

Staffs are really helpful, perfect for a person who needs a short stay at the place. Close and walkable distance to Oslo’s main attractions.

Overall is okay, but we need to pay extra for linen and towel.

The hostel is very clean. The bathroom/toilet is spacious. Check in and check out was fast. Location is superb almost in front. of the bus and tram stations. Oslo central station where we took the train to Oslo Airport is just 2 bus/tram stops away from the hostel. There is a convenience store Varnesan two doors away. I am absolutely satisfied with my selection of Anker hostel.

You just get bed and shower, even bed sheet you must pay again 50nok, for cooking you must rent again, they just have the stove. If they could maybe they will charge you the gas for cooking... you must rent almost everything in there, towel, bed sheet, bad wifi, even the repressions doesn’t smile and greet. Just like robot. And someone who doesn’t love their job. They don’t have soap just lucky you doesn’t need to pay for the toilet tissues
