離車站很近很方便，不過要走個斜坡，浴室很大，有提供浴巾沒有盥洗備品，房間內沒有冰箱，

房間有點舊，但早餐不錯，地點近火車站，而且價錢相當合理，職員也很有禮，如果budget有限可考慮入住

市中心，價格一般，停車不方便。 整晚都聴到酒巴的有音樂!! 下次不會租這間酒店。 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

飯店雖然老舊,臨馬路的房間會吵.但價格便宜,位置優,服務人員和善.房間乾淨,床很舒適.對於預算有限的旅行者,還是值得入住.

Good location for train station

You get what you pay.

職員非常親切友善，還幫忙列印了一些關於行程的資料，也樂於解答問題，位置是非常好，近火車站及市中心，去哪裡也很方便。

gd location, right next to lime street station. hotel & room is a bit old but you got what you paid for, everything is fine.

Located close to Railway station. Hairdryer is provided upon request. Large TV. Continental breakfast is included, serving from 8am to 10am. Good choice for short stay.

My friend and I met a elder man looks like the boss of this hotel. Nice chat with him and thanks for his warmest greeting. The room is fair with good ventilation and a heater is installed in toilet too!

No heating or hot water ambulance there every day police outside every day the hotel is terrible cleanless is shocking dust and dirty the place is full of so called refugees not a place for children at all wouldnt stay here again the hotel is falling apart stay away !!!

We were originally booked into lord nelson but could not honor our booking which i was glad about after seeing the state of it, we were given liner as a result of this which was absolutely gorgeous ,lovely staff and lovely hotel, only downside not enough lighting in room

The hotel was not as advertised. The staff and breakfast was good but it does not look like the picture. Very run down.

The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful, but I really wish the floor had been hoovered in my room - there were crumbs/other unidentifiable bits of dirt on the carpet; also, the throw on the bed had stains, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Still, it was very cheap and close to the station.

Functional for one night but definitely showing its age

Room was unclean, black mould on wall and curtains, large cracks on several of walls, blood stain on light switch plus in bathroom, cracked sink, dirty shower. Guests above woke me up at midnight, drunken singing, shouting, singing, dropping things, playing music and shouting all the way until i left at 6.15am. I have photos to submit.
