The TV was out of order, the desk light was dead, and the curtain did not work. The free Wifi quality in room is poor. Did not supply new free bottle water on the second day after cleaning the room. Reception was not very polite and friendly. The only good thing is the location (near Taksim square and airport shuttle bus stop). Not deserving the price.

Smoking smell is all around the rooms and every were , even the air condition smells smoking

Hotel is better then what we expected. Location was perfect, room size was good compare to other hotels in Taksim Square

There was a weird smell in the halls and rooms and water pressure in shower was so low. The staff was extremely rude no one knows how to smile. Also the rooms are so small.

Gut gefallen hat uns an der Unterkunft, dass das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend war. Sehr nette Bedienung sowohl oben am Frühstücksbüffe als auch unten an der Rezeption. Enttäuschend fanden wir die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Die Fenster sind undicht, sodass man den ganzen Lärm auf der Straße gehört hat. Zudem hat der rechte Fahrstuhl den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert, was dazu geführt hat das wir immer in der Regel max. 10min auf den Fahrstuhl gewartet haben. ( Wir hatten immer ein Kinderwagen dabei) Erst am vor letzten Abend unseres Aufenthalts wurde uns auf ein anderen Fahrstuhl hingewiesen. Insgesamt würden wir diese Unterkunft bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Istanbul nicht mehr besuchen kommen.

Nice place to stay

Receptions guy tried to make me pay for my reservation and I told him that Its already paid via Expedia and he said sorry no reservation under ur name, the funny part is already called tge hotel a day before and they told me ur reservation is good abd u can come before 2pm, after i contact expedia costumer support and wait more than 1 hour they gave me the room

L'hotel est propre, le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuné est acceptable Seul inconvénient pour moi l'absence du Wifi dans mes 2 chambres (étage n9)

Temizlik, konfor, güleryüz . . Ayrica otelin konumu, yemekler, ilgi ve alaka son derece güzel. Güvenerek bir aile ortamırahatlığında konfor içinde kalabileceğiniz mükemmel bir otel ! 😊👍🏅🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🏆

Ücretsiz park olarak aratmama rağmen herhangi yardımcı olunmadı. Dışarıdan ücretli otoparka yönlendiriliyorsunuz. Rezervasyon sırasında yapılan yanlışlığı, düzeltme yoluna gidilmiyor. Bir daha mı ASLA.

Worst hotel ever. Ac broke tv broke dvd broke shower leaked, rude staff.

Nothing is available there; hardly a bed. The service is so poor
