I recently stayed at this property, which presents itself as a five-star resort. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what one would expect at that level. Upon entering my room, I was disappointed to find it not only unclean, but also infested with roaches. This was both unsettling and unacceptable, especially from a resort of this standard. While the staff I encountered were courteous, the condition of the room overshadowed any positives. Cleanliness and comfort should be the foundation of a guest’s stay, and sadly, this property fell short in both regards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. Guests choose a five-star resort expecting quality, safety, and peace of mind. With improvements in housekeeping and pest control, this resort has the potential to provide the exceptional experience it promises.

Beach sand had broken glass bottles. Beach sand wasn’t clean at all. Full of shells and even glass that I took to the front desk. No umbrellas on swimming pools for 3 consecutive days. Requested umbrellas twice with no answers from any supervisor or administrator. Last day was a lot of noisy drunk look alike gang member people. Elevators are suffocating with no A/C. City infrastructure horrible. Stop signs were hidden old and faint paint. Some with graffiti. Restaurants limited options and expensive prices. I paid less for a beef cut on Tucson than on the Port. Will start looking for other beaches destinations other than this beat up town.

Overall very relaxing stay. Check in is a lottle slow and a times confusing. Check in agent had trouble on reservation. Got resolved but check in was longer than expected

California vacationers: Everything you want in a high end resort without a huge price tag. This was my first trip to Penasco and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to book a trip. Beautiful views of the sea of Cortez. Nice clean property very well kept. Rooms have ice cold a/c are cleaned daily with full kitchen and all the amenities of a condo . One thing is no tv at the pool bar to watch football but other than that I couldn’t find anything wrong with this property

El hotel esta super bien, nos la pasamos super agusto... la gente muy amable la que atiende y las habitaciones super comodas y bonitas. Solo cuidense de Expedia si reservan por aqui, prometen 18 MSI pero no te los respetan, lo cual fue para mi lo peor y me senti robado por expedia.

I absolutely love Las Palomas. From the condo to the staff to the pools and ocean access. Highly recommend staying here
