原来以为要共用洗手间的是通铺类型的旅馆，去到很惊喜：是一栋1912年的古老而精致，设施齐全的三层楼房子！我们房间在二楼，有客厅厨房和共用的浴室，还有个小花园，其实都非常好。性价比很高

住宿地方不太好找

位在火山村附近，晚上很安靜。 不過沒什麼燈光，開車很容易錯過... 囧 附近的餐廳大多開到晚上8點，甚至更早。 客房是共用衛浴，浴室很乾淨很漂亮，水壓稍微小了點。 最好是自己攜帶沐浴用品。 廚房的設備一應俱全 若是想要自己料理也很方便。

沒有去查附近的其他飯店，所以無法比較。因為該區較偏僻生活機能不是很好，最好先從KONA或HILO買好食物等再來 房間整潔舒適，但就是中規中矩。覺得缺點是沒有空調，房間內會很悶，後來發現開電風扇吹著好一些 最好在下午五點前check in比較好找路(volcano village真的很偏僻) 一訂房後到住房前都會有EMAIL提醒通知，覺得非常貼心 離火山公園很近，開車三分鐘的路程 如果要去火山公園會推薦住在這裡 但請不要期望她跟是區內的飯店一樣 房門是傳統的喇叭鎖，會覺得比較沒安全感

環境很安靜，整潔！ 很多旅客會齊聚一堂 晚上會冷，沒有冷氣！ 要帶外套！ 周遭很安靜，住在叢林中的感覺呢

櫃台服務人員態度非常好，提供的資訊也很詳細，不過3間客房中，其中有一間霉味非常重，可能需要再多注意，另外床非常軟，個人不太適應。

天氣很舒適晚上較涼，飯店類似民宿類，有前後門可以出入，在雨林裡是不錯的健行環境，離火山國家公園也很近，只是吃的選擇少，附近有美式披薩餐飲,自助早餐,泰式餐廳和雜貨店。

There wasn’t any food options. There was a coffee maker only. The bed was the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in and so soft and comfortable.

You have to stay in room 101! The cool shower and decor, and the absolute privacy was the best. I cannot recommend this place enough.

A nice, quiet property that is convenient for visiting the Volcanoes National Park. If that is your main itinerary, which it is for a lot of Big Island visitors, then this is your place to stay. You’ll love the room decor, the hands off approach of staff, and the quiet grounds. If you want a hotel that is close to civilization and amenities, you’d want to stay in Hilo or close to either airport on the island. We loved the tranquility, and planned our days around getting to the Park and major areas and back before things closed.

This place was amazing, we were looking forward to spending more time here but the volcano went off and we had to go see, would love to come back!

We really enjoyed the Chalet except for one thing -- strangely our room had no regular chair in it. There were stools for a table, but not just a regular sitting chair. If that was added it would be great.

Close to Volcano National Park.

We really enjoyed the unique decor and setup. Our room had a separate coffee and sitting area, which allowed one of us to wake up early. The facility also covers heat and cold really well, with different built in heaters, a fan and extra blankets. Only small gripe - it has a fancy TV built into the wall that would not turn off. We suggested that the facility provide directions. On a positive note, the facility gave great directions and reminders in other areas. So, definitely come here if you’re hanging out in Volcano and don’t mind quiet hours starting at 9 pm. The town shuts down early.

I have never experienced such a delightful with and unique design of accommodations. It was easy to check in and out. If you are visiting the volcano, it has a easy access to the area.
