我付的是珍珠塔景觀房的錢，結果根本看不到珍珠塔。實際景色和圖片完全不一樣，感覺像被騙了。真沒想到凱悅酒店會這樣。而且房間裡沒有坐浴盆，窗戶也很髒。

儘管期望很高，但入住體驗卻令人失望 我最近入住外灘凱悅酒店，但很遺憾，在幾個關鍵方面都未能達到我的預期。 1. 泳池規定不明 房客必須戴上泳帽才能使用泳池，但飯店並未在入住前告知。這給我造成了不必要的麻煩。 2. 明珠塔景觀房與廣告不符 我預訂的是明珠塔景觀房，原本期望能清楚看到這座地標。然而，除非我把臉貼在窗戶最遠的地方，否則幾乎看不到明珠塔。考慮到高昂的價格，這樣的景觀實在令人失望。 3. 暖氣故障 房間的暖氣系統即使在攝氏32度並開到最大風速的情況下也無法正常運作。整個入住期間房間都一直很冷，最終導致我出現了感冒和流感症狀，讓我的入住體驗非常不舒服。 4. 公共交通不便 飯店附近沒有地鐵站或火車站，步行距離很遠，出遊十分不便。 5. 網路速度極慢 Wi-Fi 速度慢得令人難以忍受——即使是像基本的谷歌搜尋這樣簡單的操作，也常常無法使用。

I had a great experience here with a beautiful room with a beautiful view of The Bund.

Tôi đã book phòng loại view tower và có note kĩ với khách sạn là view chính diện Tower như hình ảnh mình hoạ trên app về loại phòng, giá cao hơn so với view bund. Tuy nhiên khách sạn lại sắp xếp phòng view ra phía bund nhiều hơn và đã yêu cầu đổi. Sau khi đổi phòng view còn kém hơn. Và thêm lần nữa thì ks lại nói rằng phòng view đẹp chỉ còn 2 giừơng tuy giá ngang nhau nhưng không sắp xếp. Lễ tân còn không sắp xếp belt đưa hành lý lên phòng. Và sau khi đổi phòng giữa 2 toà cũng không cho belt hỗ trợ dời hành lý dù có yêu cầu. Khách sạn dành cho những ai thích yên tĩnh, di chuyển tàu điện khá bất tiện tuy nhiên thích hơn đi bộ và ra phía bắc bến Thượng Hải, gần mainner coffee

Room, service & location are perfect, the rooftop Vue Bar is probably the best bar to give you the perfect Bund view. However, there's a construction going on right in front of the hotel, which is very noisy & blocking the view from my room.

I had a great stay here. The hotel is in the middle of the city so its very convenient. However, the hotel is pretty old, the wood on the table had chipped, the carpet has stains and it needs to go under renovation.

Construction in front of the hotel, noises & view diminished an otherwise a wonderful view of the bund as well as the experience.

Very good location and environment. It also provides free bedding for children. Staff are helpful.
