好正 第一次住有lounge 既5星級酒店。 愛上了

The hotel staff is friendly and polite. We like the environment very much because we feel comfortable and peaceful during our stay. Also the swimming pool is clean ans the beach is in front of the pool . It make wonderful! We will bring the family group to here again .😊

今次訂住upgraded room , 住在9樓。（上次住12樓） 今次酒店外邊有裝修，8時多已被吵醒….. 很困擾。不明白不安排去較高樓層或給予優惠作賠償。 星期四早上去早餐，有職員建議去另外一層用歺，因為樓下餐廳大堂用歺很多人。但星期五早上，竟然取消另外一層用歺！正堂那邊排隊超過20 人，當時係9:45am…… 我查問為何今天不開另一層，職員竟然答今天星期五比昨天少人，所以不開放額外樓層。唔係呀？星期五，六入住率一向係高峰，這是常識吧！估唔到所謂五星洒店要排隊吃早餐，不作即時反應！ 房間整理非常好，員工友善。海灘、泳池也整潔不錯。

整體方便舒適，員工禮貌環境優秀，有私人獨立泳池沙灘，交通方便地鐵步行5分鐘可到達，是一間度假優勝之酒店。

地方寬敞，環境舒適。但房租略嫌貴了一點。

Had a wonderful stay at the Club Intercontinental! A great breakfast surely brighten up our day! Special thanks to Neo Wang for his wonderful service. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant at the Club building.

The hotel is well maintained. It is clean, spacious and very comfy. Hotel staff is very nice, well trained and smart. Kudos to those at the concierge and the restaurants coping with large breakfast crowd and those definitely not friendly and bad mannered guests grabbing breakfast at the buffet table, dropping stuff on the tables and floors, shouting when they were told to queue for a table at peak hours when their peers were busy emptying trays of food and loading them onto their own plates, reluctant to leave. Big applause to the hotel staff. Not that I will return to this hotel, but I like the brand. Will visit their others.

There is a beautiful soft beach near by hotel

酒店服務很好，按摩也很專業，房間很舒服很大，周圍也很安靜，晚上睡覺時候只聽到樓下的海浪聲。酒店有很棒的泳池和私人海灘，很乾淨舒服。晚上在海邊走走，幾步路就回到房間。附近雖然安靜但是很多地方吃宵夜，很好。

全海景真的很赞！！酒店开业已久，房间设备有些旧，有些味道可以理解。酒店娱乐设施可以更为丰富，室外有三个泳池，室内有恒温泳池，儿童乐园较小，早餐味道不错，种类可以更为丰富，房间内没有地毯的地板，碰水后较滑。总的来说，体验不错，可再次入住。服务态度真的赞！！

中菜餐廳十分好，自助餐早餐食物種類選擇十分多，

沙灘一般，旁邊有工地。泳池晚上燈光不足。浴室有異味。總體來說設施過時。好的方面是室內泳池救生員服務態度良好。
