Good place to stay, this is my second time to stay here. Every thing was ok except the air conditioner didn’t work for 2 days.

Lumayan. Agak gelap kamarnya dan agak jauh dari restoran, tapi staf hotel sangat ramah, baik sekali. Recommended. Hati-hati untuk taxinya semua tidak mau pakai argo. Kalau pakai grab itu argo+75THB.

I was lucky to be upgraded to Deluxe apartment (from originally Executive apartment, hence these photos are for Deluxe room). Reception is 24 hours and quick. The room and bathroom are clean, though the furniture are not that modern/new. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The air-con is cold, though might be a bit noisy. Wi-fi is fast and stable. But the TV is old and blurry, with limited selection of international channels. Unlike other service apartments that I’ve been too, this one doesn’t automatically comes with the kitchen utensils and dishware, so we need to request first from the reception. The location is 10-minute comfortable walk from the BTS station.

The TV in my room is not working, there are small cockroaches in the toilet. Other than these, everything still seems quite nice.

Urbana is a great place to stay in.

Great place. Hotel manager is very accommodating.

Fortunately I stay there only 1 night. The room was terribly dirty I have found a bottle of water underneath my bed and the water fully cover carpet how maid didn't notice this and the balcony was horrible with all dark dust that your fret could be turn to dark skin automatically. Finally, They also have call for warning you for check out time even it's was only 11.30 am.

Very nice hotel facilities. However, there were small insects inside the room where I stayed in, hence need some pest control. Overall, place is very nice.
