This place is in a GREAT location. It is literally attached to Glorietta 4, so it 's super convenient for your shopping/eating/transport needs. The hotel staff are great, very good service. What lets the hotel down: 1. Dated decoration in the rooms, like stepping back 20 years. 2. Extremely slow internet speeds on insecure wifi. 3. Very old television (32 inch with screen burn) 4. The food for the breakfast is the biggest let-down. 3.5/5 stars.

Our stay was upgraded to executive. They also gave us a special gift to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend. The hotel staff are all friendly and accommodating.

I wasn’t expecting for a 2 single bed but they convert it into king size. I asked for our used comforter but they just provide a flat sheet🤦🏼‍♀️ This is the 1st time I experience such disappointment provided that it states it was an excellent hotel. It was just our 1st day for our 3 days stay but my daughter told me that were not going to book on that hotel again.

For a 5 stars hotel, it's more feel like 3 stars hotel 🙂

Booked classic one-bedroom. I expect it to have a bathtub based on the pictures posted but it was not included in our room. Nonetheless the pictures were accurate and the room was clean and spacious.

My mom and I celebrated Mother's day here and we really loved it. Check in and check out went smoothly. The location is very good. For the breakfast food, we enjoyed it.

Pelayanan bagus, staff hotel sangat ramah. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan shopping malls. Dalam kamar tersedia microwave, setrika, mesin kopi, dll. Sangat suka dengan L'Occitane sabun dan shampoo yang diberikan di kamar.

Big room but bed is queen size only. Carpet is old.

Overall ok but was assigned into room in old wing. Room was ok except bath room very dated. Bad extremely comfortable.

Bad seating management at the buffet restaurant. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the hotel and both times my table was given to somebody else when I was not yet done eating. They need to have better markers to determine if a table is still occupied or not

All is well and great. One thing there is no bidet installed.
