Very nice hotel. Well kept up for its age. If you like a quiet place with mature clientele this would be a recommendation 100%. I will return again here for sure! 5 star all the way!!

Very pleasant small hotel, the room was large, the bed super comfy, and the breakfast delivered was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend.

Outstanding. They provide a lot of free amenities, and the free breakfast delivered to our room was great. The suite was spotless, had excellent lighting and was spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the jacuzzi tub was excellent. We had a great experience there at a reasonable price.

The room and amenities were amazing, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and a really wonderful personal touch. The in room jacuzzi tub and shower with massage jets were fabulous. The room was spacious and super clean. Our only true complaint was the bed was a little too hard for our liking but other than that one of the most pleasant places we have stayed in years.

Great place to stay

Looks good, very big comfortable rooms, good breakfast on bed included, the restaurant is really good as well. Shower even at the coldest is very hot and water was escaping making a puddle outside the shower. Some rooms have a "smell", mattress was hard and in need of change., the middle was higher than the sides, pillows were big and not my first choice but that's personal preference. Could also feel the wind / cold from the window. Baseboards etc are beat up. The place needs a face-lift. Also the surroundings are sketchy, but that's Niagara nowadays.

Staff at receptoon were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are oversized and well appointed. Very clean. Short walk to Clifton Hill attractions. 15 to 20 minute walk to eaither casino. Our favourite hotel in Niagara Falls. Dont miss booking a dinner reservation at the attached AG restaurant.

Endroit charmant et quartier tranquille à proximité des rues animées. L’équipe est attachante et très dévouée à rendre le séjour agréable. Le déjeuner inclus était très beau et bon, toutefois, les portions sont juste mais juste assez généreuses pour nous rendre à l’heure du dîner…

Nice hotel, quiet and restful. Nice breakfast they bring to your room. They upgraded us to a hot tub room which was nice, hot tub very clean and worked well.

Perfect hotel for Falls area. The staff was amazing even have a nice restaurant on site!!

Sterling Inn was awesome a definite 5 star hotel

Sterling Inn was a beautiful hotel and lived up to all of our expectations. If we ever travel back to Niagara Falls we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

An impressive room with large jacuzzi bath tub. Stay just off the main strip area and a couple minute walk from the wego bus stop if using this route. Breakfast served to your room was the only option which would be great for couples but as a family of 5 was not that convenient as there was not space for us to sit. Ok for the 1 night stay.

Great hotel

The lady at the front desk was so kind and went above and beyond for me and my son. The hotel was amazing as well and perfect for walking to Clifton hill without being in a sketchy area. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Also the steam shower is a 10/10

From the easy checkin to close parking to breakfast in bed this place has it all and more. Fantastic rooms. We had a room with a tub as an upgrade for my wife’s 50th as well as rose pedals and tea lights on the bed with swans made out of towels. The fireplace in the room was so nice too. Loved the huge shower and separate closet washroom was nice. The AG Cuisine restaurant downstairs was amazing or should I say PHENOMENAL. Rated 2nd in Canada! The ambiance and food was stunning and delicious. Keep up the great work Sterling Inn and Spa. We’ll be back :)
