Staff are very helpful and the services are good. Room is clean and spacious enough.

I had food poisoning on the same night(May1)I live in this hotel. I got fever and vomit at midnight. My travel mate is my mum and her English is poor. Luckily we got lots of help from all the hotel staffs we met on that night and the next day morning(May 2). They help my mum call taxi to 24 hours pharmacy and leave message to the driver about the address and even asked the driver to wait my mum and to drive her back. At the next day, I received lots of greetings. Our original plan is to visit Cordoba and leave Malaga at the evening. However, due to my health situation, we can only stayed at Malaga and got on the train at evening to Seville as we had a flight there on May3. The hotel manager is so kind to let us have a late check out, so that I can rest for longer time and directly to the train station after check out. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the hotel staffs we met on May1 and 2. By the way, the hotel position is really great as it is just next to the train station and bus station. And there is also a shopping mall next to the hotel. The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. If I have chance to visit Malaga again, I will definitely live in this hotel again!

Excellent location right by the shopping centre. You can enter enter the train station from back door.Lovely little rooftop pool which my little one loved. Rooms were clean and spacious.They had latrine which in the washroom which is a bonus for Muslims 😄

Clean and spotless, centrally located for easy access to all amenities, food at the hotel also great. Pool although had a thick skim of suntan lotion as people not encouraged to shower

Flott og stort hotell med hjelpsomme ansatte både i resepsjonen og bar/kjøkken. Vi fikk bestilt pizza til rom selv om det ikke stod på menyen. Flott med connecting doors når man er en familie på 2 voksne og 2 tenåringer. Supersentral beliggenhet, 10 med tog til flyplass og 2 holdeplasser med metro til Centro Historico. Det eneste som trekker ned er ustabilt og dårlig nett på rommet (selv om de kom med helt ny boks til oss)

Great base for a Malaga city break

Unlike other Barcelo hotels I've stayed at, this one wasn't great. Unless you want to be surrounded by loud, large stag and hen parties, I'd give this one a miss. Despite going to reception 4 times due to the room next door slamming into walls and screaming loudly late at night, desk staff refused to move my room because they were "fully booked". Miraculously, a room was suddenly found on visit 6. Room cleaning quality was patchy and items weren't replaced. Location was good but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great hotel

Great hotel in a central location. The food was good, the roof deck and bars were great. My only complaint was that the music at pool was too loud for cover bands.

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable, petit déjeuner très fourni et de qualité. Coin piscine très sympa.

Pool area is terrible. No parasols and the sun-chairs are one milimeter from eachother. The pool is 5 meters long so no space at all. Breakfast is terrible. They cannot even make a good omelett. But then again, Spain is not the country you go to if you are looking for good food.

Lage perfekt, freundliches Personal, evtl leichte Beschädigung bzw Abnutzung im Zimmer vorhanden, aber das ist sicherlich Ansichtssache. Trotzdem toller Urlaub verbracht!

Lækkert hotel med god placering ved togstation i gåafstand til centrum og strand. Super morgenmadsbuffet. Fint område med en lille pool og mulighed for at ligge i solen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Málaga. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Altstadt, den Hafen und die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Breakfast was not included and I pay it. 5 min later the waitress come to tell me that buffs is closed and need to leave out. Didn’t understand why they first take my money and after that tell it’s closed. One banana and cappuccino was my experience 19€…. 😅

Fabulous Hotel, literally two minutes from train station, friendly staff, pool and bat on roof terrace is a real plus! Would definitely recommend this hotel for a City Break

Nice rooms with comfortable beds and a good shower. Beautiful rooftop pool and lounge area. Attached to the Maria Zambrano train station so very convenient if you're coming into town on the train and they also have rental car companies there also.
