Great location - safe, clean, and close to shopping, dining, and touring.

we have been going to this hotel for 2 years straight that I do not book with any other in the area of El Poblado area in Medellin.

El check out es las 12:00 del día, yo llegué a las 11:00 a sacar mi maleta la tarjeta sirvió para el ascensor, cuando llegue a la habitación no sirvió para abrirla, le dije a las camareras que si me podían abrir y me dijeron que tenía que bajar a recepción, lo hice y la recepcionista me dijo que si tenía que subir le dije que si, tenía que guardar en mi maleta algo que había comprado, me mandó con un señor como un policía cuando llegue a la habitación estaba la camarera que no había querido abrirme desbaratando ya la cama, mejor dicho ya me habían sacado, recogí mis cosas sin poder organizar nada y baje a recepción y les dije que me estaban sacando ya!!! cuando la salida era a a las 12 y hasta ahora eran las 11:15 faltaban 45 minutos para poder salir. La verdad me pareció una grosería soy cliente de ese hotel hace muchos años y me trataron como una ladrón me parece terrible

Fantastic hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing, and the 15th floor lounge had great food and a beautiful view. It was our first time in Medellin, and will not be the last. This beautiful city and hotel did not dissapoint.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and made to order omelettes.The room had a little kitchenette with sink, frig, microwave, dishes, etc.

2nd time staying at Novelty, staff is great, rooms are nice and clean, free breakfast every day, free parking garage, Oviedo Malll, restaurants, movie theaters right next to it. 100% recommend, dont forget to visit 15 floor, bar and restaurant with a great view of Medellin.
