close to beach and good breakfast

Great for beach, quiet side of Prestatyn.. Staff are friendly, Breakfast nice plenty on offer.. Stayed a few times now as my grandson loves the pool and beach.. Disappointed that they put a restriction on pool times for children, never had this before and wasn’t informed when I booked it… Food is lovely, as we only stayed two nights it was easy to eat in but if stayed longer would eat out too.. Every time we stay there seems to be a wedding at some point an when this happens there is a shortage of staff covering the bar which causes cues for the bar, as they have passing trade plus residence and the wedding to cater for .. More bar staff on these occasions .. seating out is great watch the sea and enjoy the weather if nice. We will be back again as it great for all the family

Fabulous location, great clean rooms, amazing food and wonderful staff

Bit hesitant at first, as check-in wasn't so...smooth. However, was very impressed with practically every other aspect. Room and all common areas well looked after. Plenty of free parking. Excellent WiFi. Room and area was quiet. Breakfast - was superb. Swimming pool and sauna were clean and presentable. The best bit...the staff. Cliche as it is, the staff were genuinely excellent. Big shout out to the breakfast staff, especially Claire. All a credit to the hotel.

We were well catered for as vegans. The staff were warm and friendly and the view of the sea was incredible. We will definitely be back.

Very happy with the stay

Breakfast was bad eggs over cooked blackpudding over cooked. One. mail menber of staff was unprofessional in the restaurant.

Kind staff and beautiful location, food was okay. Just the cleanliness of the bedroom wasn't great the pillows and bed sheets were not clean unfortunately, brought my own. The carpet was not very clean either. Overall the cleanliness room was the main issue unfortunately.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The quality and quantity of the food for the price was excellent. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. The hotel is in the ideal place on the beach front and a short walk to the shops, cafes and park. I will be returning as had a lovely stay.

Have stayed here many times, but this time I felt they were cutting corners - no biscuits with the coffee tray in the room, and this morning at breakfast most of the fruit juice cannisters were empty, and very little fruit on offer. I do not feel the bath is suitable for older people. I am 81 and had difficulty getting into the shower as the bath is so high. Its a good job there is a grab rail because the bath was so slippy to stand in to have a shower. Getting back out was also very difficult - the paper bath mat is not fit for purpose, ( another example of cutting corners)as it slipped on the tiled floor, and I felt unsafe. I spoke to Reception about this and at my request they provided me with a non slip rubber mat for the bath. Breakfast and dinner were to a good standard. Because of the problems I encountered, I am not sure if I want to stay again.

Nice hotel, price for spar treatments expensive, staff miserable, no one smiling.

Lovely sea view room, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was great and service superb. Clare in particular was great. One of reception staff was a bit below par.

Lovely room and the terrace by the beach was lovely to sit out for a drink. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Clean, friendly staff.

Needs a bit of a refurb. My room heating was on all night and I had no control over thermostat, air con nor even a fan. The room must have been 30 degrees, so really poor sleep. No staff were available to address this. Apparently there was a sign at the reception with a phone number, but the sign was seemingly turned the wrong way around, so pointless. Poor stay
