Poor quality food in restaurants, motel quality breakfast, breakfast kitchen staff very rude, room amenities were missing.

Lovely, clean and spacious room. The hotel is located in a great area, beside the old town. Breakfast was wonderful and bar staff were friendly. The only complaint I have is about 1 cleaner (the one who cleaned our room 1004). She was extremely rude. She blocked the corridor with her trolley 2 mornings in a row. Nightmare on our last day as we had big suitcases. No apology for doing it. She also took bath and hand towels and didn’t replenish them. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel where service should be of a higher standard.

Large washroom,ample storage space, clean and comfortable bedding. It would be even better of the bedroom in the suite could be a little larger. In sum, everything in the room is great and can help me relax both physically and metally

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. However, where things went bad was with the amenities. It is advertised as a suite, having a kitchenette. There were no plates, cups, or cutlery provided in the suite. When asked about it, I was told that it was because of Covid. I thought that we had moved beyond covid. It appears we are paying for an amenity that is not being provided. They offered a free breakfast when the room was booked but it was chaotic. There were so many people, that when you collected your meal there was no where to sit and eat it. Because the dinning area was small, it would have been better to book time slots for breakfast.

Room was clean and spacious. Great full fridge. Had plumbing problems but were quickly resolved. Free breakfast delicious and could accommodate different dietary needs. Not able to stream tv or movies from phones and that would've been great for more downtime/family time.

We were on the second floor and there was major road construction going on beginning at 5 a.m. and could not sleep through. This was a suite with full kitchen but no plates, silverware, pots or pans. Breakfast was great and go early or you will be waiting in line. Happy hour was great also. Loved the location in the city as it was super convienient to Metro or Uber or shopping or china town, etc. Super nice staff.

Embassy Suites exceeded our expectations by so much! Everything was perfect! The suites were roomy, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet had anything you could want for breakfast, including made to order omelets. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, including Notre Dame Cathedral and the old port. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was so spacious and clean. Having a free breakfast was a wonderful surprise and the happy hour was so.much fun. I would definitely stay here again.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast was great . All in all very nice hotel and staff.

Outstanding place to stay!!!

I call front desk because they don’t refill the soap and shampoo in my room and they don’t put in off towels in the room

Not being acknowledged when standing directly in front of the front desk employee set the tone for the rest of the stay. He was rude, unknowledgeable, unhelpful and dismissive during each encounter. Restaurant was a joke. Was told to take a seat and someone would be over. No one came to take my order. After an extended period of time, I left and asked for alternative dining recommendations. They gave me directions to a restaurant many blocks away….the kitchen had closed almost an hour prior. Room was well appointed and spacious though you had to crawl over the bed to get to the bathroom door, poor layout. Finally, parking garage was down an alley prior to the hotel and not clearly marked. It was very difficult to find and one of the tightest garages I have had to maneuver in. Location is decent but I would not stay here again.
