Had to book last minute. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and spaceous. Very clean and in great condition. Parking is affordable and imcluded breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants and a brewery. Will d3finetly book again

Good location

Great hotel for a quick trip. Clean, secure main door locked at night need a key or to be buzzed in, has a 24 hour coffee station in the lobby. And there is a small parking garage $10 a night. Close to airport.

Customer service was terrible. When I came to check in, front desk did not show any acknowledgement. When she finally did, I was told that my room was not ready. I was 15min early so I told her that I will come back at 3pm. Her response was, “even though check in is at 3pm, it doesn’t mean that the room will be ready by 3pm”. Even after coming back around 3:06pm to check in, the room was still not ready and the lady was giving bad attitude for no reason. Poor customer service.

The location and property where great. The staff were fantastic They are very personable always smiling and very helpful. The only issue we had was that the water pressure in the shower wasn't strong enough

Everything and Everyone was amazing from the front desk staff, to housekeeping right down to the shuttle driver. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good a variety to choose from I will definitely be staying here on my next trip.

To start, my previous profession was hotel management so I am very picky across the board. For this reason, I never leave reviews. I feel compelled to leave a review here. I won’t be staying at any other property when in the FLL area. All staff I encountered were very professional, pleasant and informative. All public areas of the hotel were well kept and very clean. Most importantly, the cleanliness carried over to the room. My room was very clean and well appointed! Little details, they thought of. They don’t skimp on the number of towels, etc. The mattress and pillows were quite comfortable. And, if you like to watch TV, there are plenty of channels to choose from. The pool and exercise room are located on the fourth floor and looked very nice. I didn’t get to experience the complimentary breakfast as my flight was very early and my stay was limited to one night. I have no doubt the breakfast would have been delightful. IMO, they don’t charge enough for the quality they provide at this property (as much as it pains me to say this… I miss my employee rate!) Looking forward to my next flight out of Fort Lauderdale so I can stay here again.
