Lovely staff, clean, tidy, great food with n the restaurant and probably the best English breakfast in the north west

We wanted to stay at The Vincent Hotel for a while so chose to spend the night for our anniversary. We had a warm welcome from reception. Our room was lovely, clean and quite modern. We were at the front of the hotel overlooking Lord Street. Not long after checking in we had a knock on the door and were given 2 glasses of fizz for our anniversary which was nice. In the evening we ate in the hotel restaurant. As a guest we had a 15% discount. The service was great and the food was tasty. We popped to the bar for a drink before heading back to our room. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi signal was a bit hit and miss. The shower was powerful but it was over a small bath with high sides that you need to climb over. There is a grab rail and step but you need to be careful. There was a great selection of fresh food at breakfast. You can choose a full English if you want. There was also cereal, breads, pastries and fruits or you can choose items from the breakfast menu. We parked in an NCP car park at Southport Promenade which was about a 4 minute walk away. It was £4.95 for 24 hours when reserved on their app. We would definitely love to stay at The Vincent Hotel again.

Lovely hotel been coming for years since it opened. Restaurant is amazing and breakfast fantastic. Bar is lovely. Rooms need some investment , missing shower head, tap not working properly , small tv. Minor things but the hotel is fantastic just needs some tlc in the rooms

My preferred location in the North West. Rooms are nice, breakfast is fab. I’m not a fan of the reduced menu in the evening in favour of the small plates. Not a criticism, just an observation and my last stay I ate outside of the hotel on both nights.

The room was clean, modern and bed was very comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The overall experience was 10/10 definately stay again.

Couldn't fault the hotel, excellent value for money. Great location too. Will definitely stay here again. It was spotless, the rooms big and had everything you need. Breakfast was included and was lovely. Lots of choice.

Extremely friendly, helpful and obliging staff. Superb room, bed and towels. Excellent breakfast and service throughout our stay.

No water when arrived. No offer of a refund/discount. WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms and the service is average. Rooms are fine.

Spacious room comfortable bed.Town minutes away easy access to all amenities. Excellent food and helpful staff. Wonderful holiday. Definitely recommend a stay.

Water was not working

Totally enjoyed our stay at The Vincent Hotel. Staff were extremely helpful Room was lovely, very clean and extremely comfortable. Food in the Restaurant was nice Parking is not the best, you have to park on the- meters in Lord Street, not ideal. Would definitely( come back again

We have stayed at The Vincent many times. The hotels high standards have remained the same.

Very easy check in room spotless we was in front room at top some loud music and noisy but it was a Saturday night the noise was from next doors hotel and only problem was 2single beds putt together as a double really comfy but rolled in middle but apart from this lovely stay

Staff were very polite and friendly, took advantage of the valet parking (£20) which made the booking in process super quick and easy Hot and cold food at breakfast was good and constantly being topped up and refreshed

Again we have stayed here and it never failed to please. From the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out. We were greeted with smiles and all the staff were lovely, even the maintenance man whom was around the hotel. I love the hotel being central of Lord St, and the fact our car is taken to be parked safely during our stay. Breakfast is always plentiful from a variety to choose from. The staff are familiar from working here so long, which is a comfort. We will be back again. Thank you to the Vincent for another lovely weekend.
