This hotel has a wonderful location Just min walk from train station It is my first choice to stay when I go to Arezzo

Breakfast was great, many choices from eggs to cheese to cereals and yogurts and breakfast pastries & at 12€ also great value. The whole hotel is immaculate including bathrooms both those with the room and the public ones. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The location is amazing , a 3 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Piazza Grande & close to many good restaurants. Wifi is very good and easy to connect to, beds are comfortable with really nice bed linens. The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace. Checkout is 11 AM, but our train wasn't until 4PM. After walking to 2 museums and having lunch at a local restaurant , we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and were welcome to wait either in the lounge off the lobby or on the Terrace. An excellent hotel for the price.

Camera pulita e spaziosa, personale gentile e molto presente posizione ottima per visitare Arezzo a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro.

Sotto il periodo natalizio l'hotel è stupendo, dotato di tutti confort, ci siamo sentite subito coccolate. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di prendere una tisana sul roof top nella dome ed è stato bellissimo. La colazione molto abbondante, molto buona e varia. Consigliatissimo, sia per coppie che per famiglie

We had a last-minute stay there due to the train strike, and it was a great evening after all… The hotel was right there in the main Square plus near the train station. The staff was lovely and they have the most beautiful rooftop patio and bar. you have to check out.

Hotel excelente, com ótima localização, pessoal atencioso e simpático. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e confortável.

Very accessible to the train station and a great home base to stay while exploring Tuscany towns. A wonderful food city as well with many options.

Hôtel idéalement situé entre la gare et le centre historique, avec le charme suranné du siècle passé. L’accueil est très aimable, la chambre confortable. (Expedia devrait corriger l’horaire du checkin qui est erroné, et le montant de taxe locale plus faible que celui indiqué)

Great location, great service!

All staff is marvelous. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Bartenders make great drinks and drinking them at sunset on rooftop is divine. Stayed there twice; will always go back. They can tell you where everything in town is, where to eat, shop, pray, visit. Rooms nicely laid out and comfy.

We checked in and were given keys to our room and the room was not clean. It had an awful smell too. We were given another room at exorbitant cost and the air conditioning was not working. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
