Trivelig møte med resepsjonen, god informasjon og hjelpsom. Sengene var svært dårlig, korte og ubekvem. Noe lav standart, noe støv men ellers rent. Ikke merking av nødutganger og heller ingen praktiske nødutganger.

Very well placed for visiting Burgos city center, including the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff

First of all, we GREATLY appreciated the room they assigned to us, as it was a triple with a playground for our 6-year-old daughter – she absolutely loved it, and it was a wonderful surprise for her birthday! The staff is very helpful and kind, and the location is excellent. However, some small details here and there give the impression of a lack of attention and care which, if addressed, would have made a big difference.

Everything was very clean and high class. Friendly receptionist. The only bad thing was the shower which was not very hot

We arrived in the middle of a major "El Cid" medieval festival in Burgos. The city was amazing, especially Burgos Cathedral. The hotel location was perfect, eventhough there was a street party well into the early morning. I cannot compliment the Horel Receptionist. She was very helpful and courteous ... 5 srars out of 5.

Ich bin bei Regen angekommen und war komplett nass. Der Automat für den Self Check-in hat mir dann Stromschläge verpasst. Was soll das denn!

Cold water. The room was a bit noisy as it is next to the reception. Still a good nights sleep.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. La habitación era un poco pequeña y la zona agaterada era algo incómoda pero estaba muy limpia igual q el baño. El chico q nos atendió fue muy amable. Buen precio para unas instalaciones más que correctas.

Terrible! Muy pequeño espacio ni para poner las maletas. Huele a humedad. Las cortinas desprendiéndose y no cierran por completo. Por 2 noches tuvimos un aire acondicionado portátil el cual al 2o. día nos lo quitaron, al preguntar el motivo la respuesta fue “porque no se necesita “!! Las fotografías de la publicidad son engañosas!!
