Large room, middle of everything, quite, peaceful mid June stay. Good, professional service.👍👍

Room was OK. TV did not work, fireplace did not work..We were charged for parking, it was not on there web site, no signes in the lobby. Front desk people were not helpful.

It’s a 3 star hotel, rooms look very ran down. We stayed last weekend and were surprised to see that extra fees would be charged for using the kitchenette as per little note by the sink. Another surprise was the additional $25 charge for the parking next morning when we checked out. We parked in front of the hotel and no sign was there that it was pay parking. The evening guy gave us a pink paper for a dashboard and mentioned about possible fees depending on where we would park. We checked the front parking in the evening and so is next morning and no sign was found. I just checked Expedia and Trivago and no mentioning that the parking on the of the hotel is a pay parking.

We were there early summer, so the whole area was quiet. Room was clean, staff were friendly and gave us lots of information about the town and also where to eat. Great spot with a great location.

Great room, facing the mountain, very spacious, nice bathroom, rugs and furniture (dressers) need replacing - old, and very stained rug. Very comfortable though, good beds !!! Staff very nice.

Easiest main ski slope, daylodge, and great coffee shop access at Sun Peaks. Very helpful with little kids. Property is very aged but the kitchen had all the amenities needed and the property has a hot tub and small gym.

Super convenient location, the closest to the lifts. The kitchen is very useful and kept impeccably clean. I’ve stayed there multiple times in the premium rooms with mountain views and had a great time each time.

We had a beautiful view of the slopes, ski in and ski out on our doorstep, full kitchen, comfy beds, shared hot tub, helpful staff and cafes and restaurants and the Village at our feet.

The staff seemed inattentive and not very helpful. The room was quite old, small, and felt cramped. Overall, the stay was below expectations.

Easy access to the skiing which was nice. Room was dirty from previous guest.

Great location, great views, comfortable bed and and overall a good experience. The kitchenette would be better if it was a flat top. Also a door mat would be handy to store wet footwear. Staff were helpful and always smiling!! See you next year.

Close to the ski hill. Proximity makes it all worth it, older rooms
