Wont recommend staying here ..probably one of my worst stay i have experience...

Broken toilet and mould in the bathroom tiles. Despite being in a central location, the accommodation was poorly managed. Parking is “first come, first served” regardless of how far in advance you book, which shows a lack of organisation. Guests should be able to reserve parking with their room. The nearest paid parking is a 5-minute walk away, which made this a terrible choice, especially on a rainy day. If you’re driving, look elsewhere. And if you care about a clean, well-maintained bathroom, this isn’t the place for you.

Ive stayed at VR many times over the years. Car parking always difficult to organise. This time early morning shower could only run hot 5% of the time, otherwise was freezing. Terrible way to start business day. Won't stay here again not worth the risk.

Very central/in cbd. Clean, spacious rooms. Don't go out your door before 10am checkout and expect to get back in - keycard already cancelled !!

Room was spacious, and bed was completely clean. Curtains were thick enough that light didnt come through in the mornings and for the most part, little to no noise could be heard. Bathroom overall was also quite spacious. Only gripe would be that the bathroom is unusually high for me being such a short person. Otherwise, beautifully priced and very happy overall.

You get what you pay for - cheap accomodation but spacious room

The car park was very small, i was lucky i was on a swift if i had taken my holden i dont think i would have been able to get in and out of my car if others had parked next to me. The elevator needs repairs and was really shaky going up and down. Bathroom in my room, you could see the grim on the floors rubbish left in the room under the landline phone. The view from the room was ok could see the night life. Staff are friendly

Only stayed one night. Veronica on reception was very helpful and efficient. The building itself took me back to my childhood such a fine old building. I very much enjoyed my stay

Worst hotel we have ever been to. We felt so unsafe we left after an hour after an altercation between a guest and reception and going in to our room to find nothing like the pictures or reviews. Got to room to find broken stairs to climb, blocked toilet, ripped curtains, very run down, windows didn’t close etc. Refund was refused which was really disappointing seeing as we didn’t even unpack.
