Clean and spacious room with plenty of parking, friendly and accommodating staff

Have stayed here many times. Very nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are a little tight and there is no safe for valuables but overall very good. Beds are really comfortable.

Responsive and helpful staff, relatively new building with great European design elements. Cleaning staff obviously know what they are doing. Good location for restaurants. I recommend la tomate Blanche for a very good Italian dinner.

Très bel hôtel récent avec plusieurs commodités. La chambre était parfaite, sauf pour la vue qui donnait sur un autre immeuble à quelques mètres. Directement dans le quartier 10/30 avec stationnement gratuit.

Séjour agréable

The room was a little claustrophobic. Smallest room i have ever stayed in, in America. No balcony, the windows did not open. The view was a bunch of air conditioners and mechanical stuff. The room was so small there was no room for a nightstand on one side of the bed. The room was right next to the elevator so was noisy and busy. I think when you book package deals (Flight and hotel) on expedia, they give you the worst rooms possible. Won't be doing that again.

Nice big room, comfortable and quiet. Great location and parking. Lots of food and shopping nearby. The only small irritant was the washroom doors that leave a gap in the middle and isn't fully sealed and a shower curtain that likes to hug you as you wash. I would stay here again

Checking in the day before online made the whole process so much easier once you got to the hotel. If I had one issue it would have been that the mattress keeps sliding off the end of the bed when you are sat up, leaning against wall at head of bed. Otherwise cannot fault it! All staff members were very friendly and attentive.

We travel to Montreal once a year on average. This was the 1st time staying in Broussard. We traveled with our small dog and the Alt was very accommodating. They supplied us with a nice bed and water bowl for the dog. The staff was super nice, not always the case when we travel to the Montreal area. Hotel was very clean and well maintained, the parking was free and easy to navigate, also not always the case when going to Montreal. Great area for walking , lots of dinning options, unfortunately not many are dog friendly at the outdoor seating areas. We ate at the Labelle Lebeouf a couple of times, the were very accommodating. Food was good , but mostly pub style. If you travel without a dog, there's a ton of Great dinning options, wish we could have experienced them. We will definitely be staying at the Alt the next time we come to Montreal, with or without our dog. We highly recommend the hotel! Thank you again to the Alt staff, Sincerely, Mike
