房间停电，后半夜大概送上电，没法洗涮，服务态度差

I would highly recommend this hotel when you are staying in mont tremblant, thier shuttle bus to village is really helpful. Pool was the highlight and staff.

Hotel à quelques minutes du village de Mont tremblant. Stationnement facile et nombreux. Chambre spacieuse. Spa bien chaud. La piscine exterieure etait correctement chauffée. Ce que nous avons moins aimé : notre chambre en rez-de-chaussée juste devant le jacuzzi donc du bruit et du monde pendant que nous mangions le soir sur notre petite terrasse. Heureusement elle ouvre a 10h le matin. Le lit placard du salon était sans alaise et la poussière n'avait été faite depuis longtemps car il y avait beaucoup de poussiere sur son rebord quand nous l'avons ouvert. Les tenues type burkini semblent etre tolérées ce qui est moyen niveau hygiene. A part cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Horrible !! Les chambres sont toutes en tapis très sale et odeur intense de moisissure. Les matelas étaient complètement défoncés, ce sont de très vieux matelas. Le spa et la piscine étaient sales, rempli de sable et de résidus dans l'eau. Je n'y retournerai Jamais et je ne vous le conseil pas. Nous nous attendions à une chambre propre et avec des matelas confortables. Extrêmement décevant.

decent but not as per price, pretty old property, not maintained properly

We arrived early was told our room was clean and need to be inspected. 1 hr later we were given the key. I would rather they had been up front than telling us it would be a few minutes. We had 3 kids who had already been in a car for 3 hrs we could have gone and done something and come back. The only other complaint was our room was hot. We let the staff know but it didn’t get fixed so two sleepless nights it was that hot!

**Overall:** Convenient but uncomfortable due to room setup We appreciated the staff accommodating an early check-in, and having two bathrooms was great for our group. The property itself felt calm and quiet. That said, the room had a Murphy bed that took up the entire space once set up, leaving no room to walk — which was tough with kids in tow. The room was also very dark, and we had a leaky bathroom. Soundproofing was poor too; you could hear footsteps from upstairs at night. There's no in-room phone, so getting in touch with the front desk meant walking down there in person. The Murphy bed ended up being the dealbreaker — uncomfortable enough to leave us with leg pain — so we won't be booking here again.

Everything was great. The shuttle service for the mountain activities was only going during weekends though. This is our second time at this hotel. We liked the cleanliness, pool and Jacuzzi are great too.

Le Château Beauvallon est vraiment un bel endroit où loger. Le service est impeccable, la piscine extérieure chauffée est parfaite. L’hôtel est très bien situé, près du village de Tremblant, à proximité d’un golf. Je vous recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter. Merci Château Beauvallon.

We, 4 seniors, had a very wonderful time. the room was comfortable and clean, the balcony faced the pool which was a very nice view through the trees, the pool was heated just right and the front desk staff were very helpful . when our car would not start, 3 gentlemen boosted our battery which got us on our way home before dark Thank you and we will be back.
