Fine rom og god beliggenhet på hotellet, spesielt med den private stranden. Ok frokost og ok renhold.

Very nice English speaking staff, so helpful. The small bathing area is very nice. We were overlooking the beach which came with a beautiful view . There is a room and hallway to the lift that is very depressing, although authentic, could really do with modernising , this also applies to the breakfast room. It was lovely having breakfast overlooking the sea , you don’t have to sit in the breakfast room .

Great retro hotel, right by the marina and close to everything including a 5 minute walk to the train station. Make sure to book a sea view room for amazing views of the bay of Tiguillo and the castello. My absolute favorite hotel on the Italian riviera!

Et nydelig hotell, med en veldig fin plassering. Anbefaler å ta rom med sjøutsikt, det gjorde hele opplevelsen. Også utrolig hyggelige ansatte som var til stor hjelp! Hit kommer jeg gjerne tilbake.

The staff were extremely friendly, hotel was in excellent condition even though it’s older. Close to great restaurants the Marina and easy access the bus…A cheap way to get around. A special thanks to Lisalotta, she was so much fun and very professional. A great place to stay relax unwind and enjoy the culture!!!! Rm206 love the view!

Nice place, very convenient. A five minute walk to the train station and a nearby convenience store. In front of the sea. Overall would definitely stay again if I visit Rapallo again. Only downside, if you have problems walking, elevator is really small. It really only fits one person at the time with their luggage. I don’t mind using the stairs, actually prefer it, so it didn’t affect me at all. Also, for my fellow Americans who are always banging on about the air conditioning abroad the one in this hotel works really well.

We booked the triple sea view room that looks out on the Rapallo Castle. You do get a tide smell now and then but the location and view is worth it. The staff in the restaurant is so nice and the food is amazing. The front desk was so helpful; they helped us extend our stay by one day and were able to keep us in the same room. They also helped us book a scooter for the day to go to Portofino. I would highly recommend this hotel and this city; everyone was lovely.

Il personale si distingue per la sua disponibilità, cortesia e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un ringraziamento speciale a Tiziana, che con la sua professionalità e gentilezza ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio senza esitazione. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room and view form the balcony was very nice, the hotel is well located on the sea front (10min from the train station and few minutes from the boat to Portofino). Be aware that evening events in the restaurant can be extremely noisy and can last until midnight. If a quiet night's sleep is important to you, I would recommend checking in advance whether any events are scheduled. On Saturday night, the music was so loud that I couldn't sleep until it stopped, despite closed windows and earplugs.

Nice location and kind personnel

Wonderful location, a lovely view and a warm welcome. But! Let's be honest! The rooms are small, poor sound proofing and any hotel charging €100+ per night should provide a proper bed! Not a metal bed frame (almost a camp bed) with a thin low quality mattress! After the first night of an uncomfortable sleep Reception said they would put 'another mattress topper' on the bed. They use a duvet, which is not a 'mattress topper'. On top of this there are 2 paper cups as the only drinking vessels provided and the plug sockets are 3 pins, first time I have seen that in Italy. So plugging things in is challenging. Breakfast is nice enough, lovely view. They obviously want you to eat and drink in the restaurant, which is fine but occasionally a drink on the balcony would be nice and they don't even give you more flimsy paper cups each day! They disintegrated within a day from a couple of uses, cleaning teeth etc!! It's a nice location, I think some odd cost cutting decisions have been made which give it a 'Budget Ibis' feel in my opinion more than comfortable hotel. I imagine Ibis have better beds!

Excellent stay! The staff here are top-tier - professional, multilingual, and very proactive with communication. Our comfort room was modern, but we spent most of our time on the balcony; that view is world-class! Good breakfast and a perfect location for day trips to Portofino and Santa Margherita. Highly recommend this hotel as a clean and comfortable base for exploring the coast.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was close to everything (public beaches, supermarkets, etc.) The staff were super nice and welcoming. I would definitely come back again.

Breakfast was great, staff were good and very helpful. It was self serve style, the breakfast room view was beautiful. We only had two days booked, but wished we had more time to spend at this hotel and Rapallo. It was a quick walk to get to the boats to Portofino and we had a gorgeous view with a castle from our room. Outside the hotel is a beautiful promenade to walk to restaurants and around the marina. We hope to visit again, when we come back to Italy the next time from Canada.
