Good

Rooms aren't very sound proof. Could easily hear neighbors that shared the joining door and people in the hallways (more than other hotels). Even walking down the hallways I could hear people moving and talking in their rooms.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Carlsbad and it was perfectly all right. Nothing particularly special or memorable, but also nothing to complain about. The room was clean, the staff was polite, and everything worked as expected. A solid, no-frills stay if you just need a comfortable place to rest. Definitely not hard to do some updates to the road and bathroom, especially the flooring but overall it was good.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean. For a business traveler that's all I can really ask for.

I wish there were a bell at the front desk, to alert the staff that a tired guest has just arrived (around 5 pm).

Great stay kind staff super clean

Clean and updated property. A lot of parking. And a great breakfast set up. My only complaint is the signage, I accidentally walked into the wrong hotel first. But maybe that was my error.

The room was not as clean as I've come to expect from Hampton Inn, i was disappointed. Also, i registered 4 guests but didn't have enough coffee cups, coffee or towels for 4 guests. Especially for what we paid, i was disappointed

The property was clean, quiet and convenient.

Great property however parking was an issue. We got back to the hotel around 11pm both nights and ALL the parking spots were taken. Those that were open were so tight or guests parked wrong and nothing is done about it. Wish this could be taken care of. We had to uber going forward.

Hotel is located in a good quiet area. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was FANTASTIC! I was traveling with my elderly mother and the staff was so kind and helpful!

Property was in a convenient location, clean, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, cozy pool & hot tub.

Clean rooms, great customer service when checking in and out, and the breakfast was a big plus. Kitchen staff was great as well.

It is a good clean hotel for a kids soccer tournament or family event happening in the area. Also good for Legoland, it is a few miles from the beach and restaurants in Carlsbad, but worked for us.

Room was spotless. Breakfast was great!
