The old age of the facilities are showing. Rusts are and stains are all over the bathroom. The aircon is so loud when it is cooling it competes with the noise of manila jeepneys. The saving grace however is the very competent and good hotel crew.

The accommodation was good. The room was at average, they said free wifi but only at the lobby area not in the rooms. We booked online, when our accommodation did not reflect on their booking office they made us pay over the counter even though we already paid which was the man hassle of this issue. That is why the rating is bad. They made an excuse that they had no contract with the agency anymore that's why they made us pay over the counter.

My 2 nights 3 days stay in this hotel is truly bad for a seasoned traveler like me. At first, I resolved to just endure my stay and blame myself for my wrong choice. However, the turn of events during my stay prompted me to make this complaint as follows: 1) towels are colored off white or brownish instead of original white. I took a picture to show it is no longer fit for use. 2) a/c is noisy and not functioning well. It is broken without cover and filtering system. Worst, it took an hour and a half before I felt the cold air coming from the a/c, obviously needing Freon refilling. 3) walls and ceiling with patches and paint with bubbles falling apart 4) TV set is still box type with irritating audio quality 5) upon entering the room, I requested for air freshener and room slippers but despite repeated requests through follow ups calling housekeeping, no slippers and air freshener was brought to my room. When I complained on second day at front office, only then they gave me the slippers but air fresheners was never delivered not they sprayed my room when they cleaned it on day 2. 6) on my last day, I asked for my polo shirt to be taken for pressing (ironing) but the male staff on the phone from housekeeping told me they don't have laundry services and this is provided by an outside contractor. Then I requested for an iron and I will do the pressing myself but he said they don't have any iron. I refuse to believe him as iron is a standard feature in many hotel rooms or at least lend me the service or house iron and again I was turn down without giving me the reason. When I complain to him how come they cannot even handle this simple request and I'm going to complain, I asked for his name but he said he is busy and there is a call on the other line then I warned him not to put me on hold and again I insisted to get his name, he is Mark, I said complete name please, he replied Mark Anthony, again I insisted to give me his complete full name and after a while, he finally said Mark Anthony Hernandez. I asked for his position or title or designation and he said he is the General Manager. Note: When I check out, I learned the GM's name is not what he gave me. 7) the beddings especially the bed cover is dirty and unhygienic with bedbugs. I took pictures of my legs showing the bites causing skin irritation and severe discomfort.
