Clean room/ friendly staff /family friendly

The hotel is great when traveling with kids. The rooms are like a mini apartment with a full kitchen and even washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the utensils. The complimentary breakfast is quite extensive with hot and cold food, yougurts, cereals, waffles, pancakes, bread, scramble and hard boiled eggs, breakfast roasted potatoes, patties and sausages, fruits, juice, milk, coffe , among other things. The location is privileged within walking distance to the beach, Walgreens, a grocery store, a gas station if you are in need of any supplies. Also very nice restaurants are a a few steps away from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating

Very nice breakfast buffet included with stay and convenient location, but the hotel is due for an upgrade especially the room bathroom which has an outdated bathtub instead of contemporary showers.

Very nice hotel in a great location on the intracoastal waterway. The balconies make it a very enjoyable view.

Very Relaxing

We stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn for five nights at the end of August and really enjoyed our time. The location is very convenient and accessible to all parts of Fort Lauderdale, with plenty of restaurants nearby for both dining in or quick takeout. The hotel offers a great breakfast with lots of choices, and the in-room laundry plus kitchenette made it especially comfortable for a family stay. Our room had a beautiful west-facing view of the Intracoastal Waterway, which was lovely both in the morning and afternoon. The atmosphere felt more like home than a busy hotel, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The only downside is valet-only parking at $40 per night, but aside from that, everything was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Fort Lauderdale!

Everything was so great

La mejor estancia!!! Con una vista panorámica desde el piso 10 hacia la marina que era un sueño hecho realidad, el desayuno variado, habitaciones limpia y confort, el servicio desde recepción hasta housekeeping excelente, necesitamos de mantenimiento y enseguida nos dieron solución. La playa hermosa. Un lugar hermoso para repetir

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is close to the beach, has various dining options, nice kitchen, and a great outdoor pool. The staff was also very responsive and provided beach towels and floaties.

Love the area that is by the water

Primero destacar la atención de Alfredo en recepción, fue excepcional, ayuda en todo, muy amable y habla español. En general el hotel es muy bueno, poco para ser excelente, una vista a los canales y a la ciudad inmejorable. Ubicación muy cerca de la playa FLL, 10 minutos caminando, el hotel ofrece sin costo adicional sombrillas, sillas, paños y agua y 10 minutos en carro al boulevar Las Olas. El desayuno está bien, limpieza, puede mejorar, un día no llegaron a realizar limpieza a la habitación, extractor del baño no funcionó y las computadoras del centro de negocios tampoco. El lugar es seguro y alrededor hay restaurantes de todo tipo. Me volvería a hospedar. Es una zona preciosa
