The location is a bit far, but the traffic from airport is quite convenient, the room looks a bit old and small, but it is clean and tidy, the amenities in the room are complete, the bed was generally clean and comfortable, the environment around the hotel is very beautiful and total privacy, the buffet is good but not that outstanding. Generally speaking, it can be said to be satisfactory, the only thing that impressed me was the friendly attitude and impeccable service of the staff! If you want to find a quiet place and then go to the German consulate, I think I will recommend it.

We were only here one night the room was cozy and comfortable. Nice bedding and pillows. Air Conditioning was awesome!

Merhaba, balçova termal otelin acil kapsamlı bir tadilat onarım ve yenilemeye ihtiyacı var, düzelene kadar bir daha kalmayız.

Odalar kesinlikle temiz değildi. Banyosu da yatakları da temiz değildi. Bebek olarak çevre, doğanın içinde olması, termal havuzları çok güzel ama odaların temizliğine dikkat edilmeli.

This is a pleasant place, and I think good value for your money. I was interested in the spa facilities, and they did not disappoint. The place is a bit dated, but still quite a place. You will not get thermal water in your room. Room Pleasant and clean. Could have been bigger...a large nicely tiled bathroom though Service Generally pleasant. A good front desk. Food Breakfast was average to good and what one would expect. Buffets are buffets. The dining room food was just very average and pricey....I would not recommend eating dinner there. Spa facilities Clean, and many different pools to choose from. It is quite an establishment. Very rehabilitation like. Do not have too high expectations that will not be met. But you will like the water....you will like the water.

Çok bak imli bir otel olduğunu söyleyemem. Odalar küçük ama nevresimler temiz. Temizlik konusunda şüpheliyim, zaten eski lavabonun üstünü ne kadar temizlensen yine çok parlak görünmez

Zimmer bzw die Suite hat sehr gestunken. War auch sehr Altbacken… ist aber nicht so schlimm da nur 1 Nacht. Lange gelüftet.. beim gehen der Rezeption gesagt .. das Zimmer ist länger nicht benutzt worden. Bitte Bettwäsche wenigstens wechseln, wurde versprochen. Nix passiert .. alternativ wurde uns.. ein anderes Zimmer angeboten..nach der Ankunft um 23 Uhr. Zu spät zum umziehen da Kinder im stehen schon schliefen…bei offenem Fenster geschlafen.. lieber kalt als Gestank. Beschwere mich selten wenn ich sehe es wird geholfen..oder geben sich wenigstens Mühe und wechseln wenigstens die Bettwäsche..Positiv: anderes Zimmer angeboten, Parkplatz, Terrassentür ging nicht abzuschließen wurde aber behoben. Sorry, nicht mein Hotel.

After a long business trip, this place was exactly what I wanted. We were looking for a place to stay in central Izmir then we came across to this one. It is worth every penny. We relaxed, enjoyed and experienced a great cuisine. Will come back for sure.

Hôtel à déconseiller ppur un séjour de repos. Réservé plutôt aux malades pour les soins. Chambre sans confort, à peine 25 cm de chaque côté du lit. Pas de place pour poser les valises. Douche qui fuit, chambre sale, ne pas regarder sous le lit ou le meuble (poussières par paquet). Rien n'est aux normes, prises de courant qui risquent de prendre feu. On dirait un vieux gîte dans un endroit perdu. Très très décevant pour un hôtel assez cher

İzmir’in en güzel tesislerinden biriydi eskiden. Hiç yatırım yapılmamış, her tarafı dökülüyor. Çok ama çok üzücü
