位置优越，房间大小令人惊叹

这不是我第一次住这家酒店。我每个月都会去曼谷，每次都会住在这里。工作人员很友好，尤其是莫小姐。只是客房服务人员需要改进，做得更好。他们总是忘记放茶包，忘记换洗手液，我们两个人住一间房，总是只放一把牙刷，即使我们给了他们小费。第二点就是拖鞋需要换，拖鞋的材质真的很差。

The bf could have been a lot better and I only took it once with not much variety. It is not worth paying 350b.

Clean & shower water pressure is satisfying.

ห้องพักเตียงนุ่มมาก หลับสบาย and all the hotel staff including guards at the car park are so friendly & really nice. Definitely will come back again!! Bravo!

Sarananya lengkap, ada pantry sendiri. Lokasinya strategis dekat Phon Prong MRT stasiun dan mal EMquartier.

Overall is good, room is perfect for 5 star, staff from hotel has great service except staff from restaurant during breakfast was so bad, look down me as same I was poorly people and talked so bad when I asked a crispy bacon, her face showed annoying on me. Then I asked why you made up face like that it looked you were unhappy, she said this was her face and was be like this all the time. Only one person to made this hotel name and image bad. I talked with management, they were so kinds and great hospitality, apologized me with gave a gift for compensation. They told that restaurant was outsource company, not by the hotel but they will talk with the owner on this occurred.

Sangat tidak fleksibel. Minta mundur dua hari tidak bisa, dan harus membyr full, padahal saya memakai 7 kamar dan hampir 1 bulan!

Buat apa minta review kalau tidak mau upload? Biar kelihatan bagusnya doank? Parah!

Intinya: sebulan ini saya tinggal disitu dan sewa 6 kamar dan tidak akan balik lagi kesitu! Sangat tidak fleksibel dan tidak mengutamakan customer. Duit aja yang ada di dalam pikiran anda!

Sangat tidak fleksibel. Saya booking untuk 6 kamar, sudah bayar, dan karena sesuatu hal minta mundur dua hari. Tetapi hotel mengatakan: tetap harus bayar full. Jadi saya membayar 12 malam tanpa ada yang tinggal disitu. Pafahal total kami tinggal disana hampir 1 bulan untuk 6 kamar. Next business trip, sudah pasti tidak akan tinggal disitu lagi! Mana AC rusak-rusak, tengah malam harus pindah kamar, ujung-ujungnya hanya minta maaf yang kami dapat!
