Nice hotel, quiet and the indoor pool was nice. The free breakfast was wonderful with an attendant helping to refill coffee and serve drinks.

We stayed on the sixth floor looked kind of dated didn’t have the walk-in shower like they have on the lower floors. Other than that it was clean and decent. Breakfast was good.

Room was dark, and quiet.

The hotel staff were very professional and quite personable. The restaurant staff were also a treat to interact with. The room and property overall was very clean. The stay was enjoyable and would not hesitate staying here again.

Nothing special for the amount of money. Room looked like it had not been updated in 15 years.

Clean and accessible

Everything was good, excellent staff and service. Property is a little outdated and we had the small inconvenience of tiny ants in the room.

We checked in late night last night. We came into the room and it wasn't until we unloaded that we saw hair splattered on the bathroom wall, the floors were not vacuumed and the nightstand had food/sticky residue ask over it. We informed the front desk & they told us since it was paid through Expedia I needed to contact you. Thank you!

nice facility and staff

The evening staff and the restaurant staff were amazing. Their service and welcoming attitudes were such a breathe of fresh air. The mornign staff behaved like we were a bother to them though. So sad

We were there for four days and they didn't pick up the trash. and never made the beds. The bathroom had four days of towels all on the floor. And we had to go down to front desk to get all the towels each day. Also the web site says that the breakfast was free and they charged us $ 33.00 and there says free. They don't tell you unless you ask the front desk. Then they gave us two free breakfasts for the last two days. No quality. Not happy. Never again !

Especially liked Burger Theory as the restaurant on site.

Always stay here when using the KC airport, rooms are clean and comfortable and easy to use the airport shuttle service.

Wonderful staff. Very clean and accessible. Will stay here again.
