我們預訂了家庭房，房間非常寬敞乾淨。女兒很喜歡那張大床，睡起來也很舒服。飯店位置便利，就在市中心。絕對是我在曼谷住過的最好的飯店。

飯店就在中央世界購物中心正上方，與購物中心直接相連。雖然我需要搭乘會展中心的電梯到7樓，還要經過購物中心的停車場，但考慮到我帶著坐輪椅的媽媽，還是很方便的。我預訂的是家庭房，房間很寬敞。飯店早餐不錯，但口味還可以更好。唯一不足的是電視，播放很慢，常常卡頓，有時還會當機。除此之外，整體來說還不錯。

地理位置優越，位於購物之都的中心地帶，靠近輕軌站 (BTS)，附近有 CentralWorld 購物中心，提供各種各樣的美食選擇，而且距離暹羅廣場也不遠。

房間寬敞，可以欣賞到不錯的城市景觀和泳池景色。前台工作人員非常友善熱情，樂於助人。地理位置優越，令人倍感舒適。

這次入住體驗超棒，絕對會再光臨🎉🙏🏻

Centara hotel located above the mall, which is a plus point. Near to another malls which can be accessed through the bridge & their Family Room is comfortable for family of 4, we could sleep comfortably.

Location and service excellence.

The hotel has a modern, full-of-natural-light design which I like a lot. The ambiance is lovely, both in lobby, the room and breakfast restaurant. The location is great as well, you can get directly to CentralWorld Mall from the 7th floor passage which bascially has everything you may need from food, shopping and entertainment. The wimming pool is good but not great, since it is a bit old, but just a minor compromise.

Kamar luas, bersih, dan mewah, staff ramah, dan koneksi langsung ke mal Central World, breakfast lengkap dan enak.

My 2nd stay in Centara Grand. Was here last year and delighted with the stay, so when my parents wanted to have a vacation in Bangkok, I had no hesitation in booking a stay here again. My 1st choice of hotel in Bangkok, excellent location, service, and room condition. Will be back again when I plan my next visit!

Recommended if you are looking for comfort and convenience. Walking distance to Big C, Siam Paragon, and Pratunam or Platinum. This hotel is located above Central World shopping mall, so it is a food heaven for tourists.
