This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely room, a great breakfast selection and nice helpful staff. Why did I give a the poor rating then? It's because the hotel description is misleading in highlighting a beautiful swimming pool which is not included in your stay but needs to be paid separately (€7 plus another €10 if you want to have a sun lounger and umbrella). I think this should be properly highlighted in the hotel description as one of the main reasons we had chosen this particular hotel was to chill in the pool thinking it was included (as it normally is with all hotels advertising a pool) but didn't want to shell an additional 50+ quid a day for the family to use the pool

J’ai réservé via Expédia en filtrant sur un établissement avec piscine incluse. En arrivant à 19;45, j’apprends que la piscine est privée, payante et de toutes façon fermée à 19:00. Expédia n’est pas sérieux dans son évaluation des services. La promesse du site n’est absolument pas tenue et ressemble même à de la publicité mensongère. L’hôtel annonce un service « business ». Je ne voit pas comment on peut être en déplacement professionnel et être à 15h00 à l’hôtel pour « profiter » de la piscine. Si j’avais su, j’aurais réservé sur d’autres critères, voire même sur une autre plate-forme.

Bonjour hotel jolie,mes manque de service. Pas de bouilloire,pas de cafe bouteille d eau payante.

Un hotel qui a eu son heure de gloire il y a 10 ans. La chambre avec sauna et jacuzzi est top (sauf la literie du canapé lit) Aucune piscine ouverte (extérieure et intérieure) lors de notre passage un dimanche soir. Hotel qui vaut 3 étoiles pas 4

Nice hotel, very quiet not many people staying at all, I guess due to Italian holidays. We stayed in a spa suite, there were four of us, the price was very good. The room, if I'm honest, getting a bit tired. Some floor tiles coming up, taps loose, sink cracked, toilet kept running. On the whole was quite nice, and I'm sure when it was new it was quite special. Beware, as a family going for swimming, it was €30 for 4 of us to swim and you need swimming hats (€20) quite steep to use the community pool really. Breakfast was very good. Location easily accessible and 15/20 mins from centre of Parma.

The jacuzzi in the bathroom never worked. The pool wasn’t open. The elevator was broken down. Great breakfast and nice staff.

Daytona business hotel levede op til vores forventninger. Vi blev mødt af professionelle medarbejdere, der gjorde deres bedste for at gøre vores ophold godt. Morgenmad på hotellet er rigtig god, og her skal fremhæves et godt udvalg af glutenfri produkter. Hotellet fremstår pænt rent og indbydende.

Fint, men litt slitent hotell. Billig og greit. Basseng er for barn ikke noe for oss voksne, veldig grunt. Basseng og treningsrom tilhører ikke hotellet men et anlegg ved siden av så det var litt stress.

Hotel comodo e pulito, camere ampie, colazione ottima. Purtroppo la mancanza del ristorante si sente. Confesso che (per mia svista) non avevo capito che non ci fosse. Danno comunque la possibilità di ordinare vari delivery, e hanno anche una lista con esercenti della zona che facilita il tutto, ma di sabato sera può essere complicato. Inoltre c’era una comitiva di persone che stazionava nei corridoi a parlare a voce alta di notte e di mattina presto. Rumori dall’esterno niente. Consigliato per una sosta breve.

Un buon hotel ed un ottimo livello di servizi !
