J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel à la fin de mes vacances à Chypre et ce fut une immense déception. J’avais réservé une chambre familiale, censée être l’une des plus grandes de l’établissement. Résultat : c’était l’une des seules chambres sans vue sur la mer. Quand je m’en suis plaint à la réception, on m’a expliqué que toutes les chambres familiales – donc les plus grandes et les plus chères – n’avaient aucune vue. La chambre en elle-même ressemblait davantage à un couloir sombre et oppressant qu’à une chambre d’hôtel. Dans le salon, on trouvait simplement des lits de camp posés là, rendant l’espace peu confortable. La climatisation, placée uniquement à l’entrée, ne servait à rien dans la chambre : impossible de dormir au frais. À cela s’ajoute le fait que toutes les installations de l’hôtel sont vieillissantes. Les photos mises en avant sur le site, notamment celles de la plage avec de jolies petites pergolas, ne correspondent plus du tout à la réalité. Rien n’a été rénové depuis longtemps, et cela se ressent dans chaque détail. 👉 Si vous cherchez un hôtel agréable avec une chambre familiale, passez votre chemin. Ce séjour fut l’un des pires que j’ai vécus, et il a gâché la fin de nos vacances.

Wir hatten gelesen in den Bewertungen dass die Einrichtung etwas abgewohnt sei, wsren dann über den Zustand doch sehr negativ überrascht. Die Einrichtung und vorallem der Zustand der Möbel, Teppich und Wände wirkt wie aus den 1990er Jahren. Matratze war gut, Bettdecke war dee gesamten Länge mit einem Klettverschluss versehen. Dieser hat leider sehr gekratzt. Frühstücksbüffett sah eher lieblos angerichtet aus und war leider sehr Fleischlastig. Getichte in der Standbar vonnder Karte waren sehr gut.

The hotel is very clean the staff very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was excellent. The only that needs improvement is the WiFi coverage in the outdoor areas

This was a two night stay to attend a wedding at a nearby, more expensive all inclusive hotel, but we did not require all the food/drink facilities. The Aqua Mare provided us with a clean, comfortable room with good wi-fi, & shower, a good breakfast & free parking. Had we had the time we could have used the pool & other amenities, so unable to comment about these. Reception staff & most waiting staff very friendly. Beach possibly a bit rocky for our liking.

Det var overordnet set et godt ophold og som forventet. Det var rene og pæne værelser, stort udvalg af morgenmad, godt og stort poolområde. Dog synes vi ikke, at maden var særlig høj kvalitet, trods der var meget at vælge mellem & der var ikke super god lydisolering på værelserne.

VIP benefits form onekey not honoured, had to escalate 3 times and didn’t until second day. 1 small bottle of water for the entire stay. Rooms shabby and in poor condition. Signs prevent you from bringing in food/drink from supermarket. Significant number of facilities not working and hadn’t been for some time including sauna, steam room and jacquizi. Indoor pool was in poor unhygienic condition with parts of the ceiling falling off into the water, and calcium build up on side, both pool and hot tub also had a layer of grime - don’t get cleaned. The outdoor pool says no lifeguard on duty on sign but a very rude member of staff comes around shouting at people for being in the pool with no lifeguard. The outdoor area of the hotel in poor condition and hasn’t been cared for, for some time, with dead grass, broken furniture & mouldy umbrellas. Priority given to functions with areas of cordoned off and improved for those guests. Food& drink poor quality, very complicated process around singing out beach towels involving a fine if you lose paper. Local entertainment was worse than karaoke, and staff seemed more interested in conversations with each other. Whole place gave off cheap Benidorm vibes for double the price! We raised concerns and fobbed off with offer to for all inclusive rather than fixing issues, we wouldn’t have benefited as out during the day, both hotel and hotels.com refused to give refund due to “hotels no refund policy” and only replied after multiple chasers.

The hotel looks a little dated in some areas, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was good. The pool area was well kept and overall it was very good value for money.

Ran into some problems when the fridge didn't work. Took several tries to get them to replace it. In addition, the TV showed a picture that explained that you could connect to it with a HDMI, which I had. It didn't work and the front desk wasn't able to help. Didn't understand what I was talking about.

Un piacevole soggiorno. Hotel ideale per un relax all inclusive: piscina interna ed esterna, spa, palestra, lettini ed ombrelloni. La struttura è un po’ datata, ma garantisce comunque un comfort adeguato. La cucina è internazionale ed un po’ ripetitiva tra i giorni, senza eccellere.

Pool lot smaller than it actually looks on the photo, but adequate enough and as on the beachfront, you can always pop in the sea! Service great, had a couple of issues on arrival with our room, but they sorted everything as soon as possible and were always polite and courteous. Have to say the maid service for our room 621 was not what I would expect from this level of hotel, but one bad egg doesn't spoil an omelette!! The spa was lovely!

Great food options and convenient location.

As part of our booking we were informed to expect a welcome drink on arrival which we did not receive and a 20% food and drink voucher which we did. We were told we could use the voucher at any of the hotel bars and restaurants which proved to be a problem throughout our stay as this was clearly not communicated as anywhere we tried to use it we were informed we could not. The receptionists on arrival were perfectly pleasant and informed us that we had been given a room upgrade so we were over the moon. The room was lovely up on the 6th floor, not much of a view from the balcony but we were certainly not fussed by that. The only issue we had with the room was that no matter what temperature we set the shower too it would have extreme changes in temperature that were brief but semi-regular and meant the showers were not relaxing. The room was cleaned daily apart from once which we were unsure as to why but the cleaners were very pleasant and helpful. The drinks throughout our stay were lovely, particularly the frozen Bellini, would highly recommend and there was one particularly sweet and enthusiastic woman working at the bar who was the highlight of this hotel alongside the spa. She could not do enough for you and her enthusiasm was unmatched, some of the staff could take a leaf out of her book. The hotel is right up against the beach which was lovely and the pool was often quiet, again, lovely but certainly cold enough to wake us up and sober us up. The spa is a must
