飯店就在大阪環球影城對面，在環球影城玩了一整天後，步行即可輕鬆抵達。 客房舒適，可欣賞海景或環球影城美景。

很棒的飯店，地理位置也絕佳。 尤其是在環球影城玩了一整天之後，飯店離家很近，步行即可到達，真的非常方便。 房間空間很大，我們三個人住很舒服，設施也很現代化，房間溫度在寒冷的白天/夜晚也讓我們感覺很溫暖。 房間打掃得非常乾淨，工作人員也非常樂於助人。 我一定會推薦這家飯店，特別是對於需要大房間的家庭來說。 下次來日本大阪，我們一定會再入住這家飯店。

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Hotel Universal Port truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and smelled great. I also appreciated the thoughtful layout—the toilet was separated from the shower area, which added extra convenience. Amenities provided were more than sufficient. The hotel is clearly designed with USJ visitors in mind, as the checkout time is very considerate—you can check out at 11 AM, which makes a big difference after a long day at the park. My room had a harbor view, which was lovely, but next time I visit USJ, I’d love to stay in a room facing the USJ Park, especially because the evening sky looks stunning from that side. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Universal Studios Japan. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Universal yang termurah nih. Lokasi tinggal nyebrang aja ke Universal Studios. Di dalam hotel ada toko official merchandise-nya juga. Banyak resto di dalam hotel. Kamar gede banget. Langsung dapat view Universal Studios. Check in/out cepat. Staff ramah semua. Yang paling keren adalah breakfast-nya, variasinya banyak. Mau cari makan lain tinggal jalan ke Universal City, banyak resto. Dekat dengan Lawson, jalan 50 meter.

The location is perfect, just across the USJ. Very convenient 🤣

2-3 minutes walk to Universal Studios. The location is not in Universal City Walk. You need to take stairs and walk to get to the hotel. Very clean and spacious. You can get a view of Universal Studio as well. A mart is downstairs. There's a coffee shop and Baskin Robbins as well.

Highly recommended hotel if you want to go to USJ. The quadruple hotel room was so comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Services were excellent too; not to mention that the breakfast experiences were wonderful with a large variety of Japanese and non-Japanese breakfast options to choose from. My family had a really great time there. I will definitely come back again.

Check-in was smooth. The room is spacious, but the furniture is out-dated. Front desk staff will need improvement on English as tourists might need assistance if there is any issue. There was someone knocking and forcing open my room door during the night time, and when we called the front desk, there was a lady who picked up the call but couldn't understand what we were talking about. It lasted at least 10 minutes on the line, and the lady insisted she could understand little English, but it seems that she still couldn't understand at all as there is no response from her. I have to use the Google language translation, and finally, she could understand and mentioned that she will send someone to our room, but no one came. Hope the hotel can take note of the security for all hotel guests.

I had an amazing stay! The team, the ambiance, the room, service, foods, hygiene, view, amenities, everything was immaculate. Oh and I love the fact that the restaurant is practicing sustainability. The public restrooms are clean. Absolutely loved it ❤️ 100% going to bring my family back. My sister & kids love it!

Hotel tidak terlalu luas. Cukup dkt dengan USJ tinggal jalan kaki. Sarapan banyak variasi.

This hotel is perfectly positioned if you want to go to Universal Studios which is in walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenient stores to get food/coffee/clothes/merchandise. The staff at the hotel are really helpful-examples. 1. The concierge helped us with maps and tips of places we could see outside of Universal studios. 2. Providing us with universal adaptors. 3. Organizing a taxi. 4. Quick response to anything we needed in the room. The room could be more modern/updated however if it 's location that you want then this is the hotel to stay in.

The hotel is cozy and its ambience is very warm. The only problem is the crews were not proficient using english and it made difficult to communicate

Very spacious room for family and near from station and usj. The room is clean and very recomended.

The room was really big. I checked in at 10 am, then go to the park, and came back at 9 pm. my luggage already in the room. they have varied option for breakfast, and the taste was quite nice. I wish I stayed longer than just one night.
