Sheets were stained on one of the beds. Had to request clean sheets and make bed ourselves

Everything was good but the receptionist when i checked in is not pleasant.

Very noisy, hear everything next door 4 am in the morning, smells breakfast all time, not clean

I enjoyed every minute of my stay .I felt safe the entire time .

Over all we enjoy staying here very clean. Friday morning the person stocking breakfast items was rude and not helpful. Also breakfast sausage was dry and cold.

Had booked a room just for a night for a wedding nearby and it was just perfect. The room was a great size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The staff were warm and welcoming and the continental breakfast was just as great with hot eggs, bacon, cereal, warm cinna buns and cofffee. Couldn't have asked for a better choice of a Hotel. Definitely booking again if I need to come out that way!

Entire stay was great with the exception of breakfast. Needed an early Saturday breakfast, had to be out of hotel by 7, breakfast starts at 7. Next morning tried breakfast and it was sub par. Weird taste to the eggs and sausage didn’t even look ok to eat. Room was clean, bed comfy, staff friendly.

Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the pool.

Staff was kind and professional.

For one night it fit the purpose. Rooms were clean, free breakfast was decent. Parking was ample.

from the first steps you enter this hotel till you left all staff and personnel were helpful and kind and courteous . clean rooms , clean eating and lobby area .... quiet and no noise .....will be telling all coming into the riverhead area stay here and you be very happy . thank you

Pleasant stay, friendly and warm staff

3500-4500 per natt är ju med LongIsland mått mätt ”billigt”. Rena och rymliga rum. Tvättmöjligheter ett stort plus när man är på resande fot. Gratis parkering! Minus för frukosten inte en grönsak eller bär så lång ögat når men å andra sidan ingår den så man kan ju ta en kaffe och en rostad bagel.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very convenient. Pool is well kept and clean.
