Arrivée dans la chambre pour 4: il s'agit d'un lit en 140 et d'un canapé lit de moins de 110cm dans lequel nos 2 enfants ont essayé de dormir... Pas assez de serviettes pour 4 personnes. Nous avons dû aller en chercher puis le lendemain, elles avaient disparu mais 2 propres étaient là... Nous en avons demandé 2 de plus mais elles ne sont jamais arrivées jusqu'à nous. L'accueil a été des plus désagréables à attendre devant le comptoir où un employé derrière un ordinateur a fininpar lever la tête mais pas pour dire bonjour.

Only here for 1 night prior to flying out of international airport the following day. Airport only 10 mins away, decent sized room and great staff.

i didn’t stay because there was protests outside and i was told to stay in my room and not come out. i decided to leave before the disturbance. probably a nice hotel but i thought it was safer to leave.

we hadden per ongeluk een kamer voor mindervaliden besteld, maar kregen onmiddellijk een andere kamer. De eerste kamer rook ook wat muf, de nieuwe niet. ontbijt was zeer lekker

It is one of the better Holiday Inns I have stayed in. Convenient area with stores and restaurants near by. The Hotel description claims air conditioning. It is in the lobby. There is no in room air conditioning!

Staff are absolutely excellent at this hotel ,really go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional.

Basic, but nice hotel that has everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were spacious and staff were very helpful.

Excellent service and stay

We were made feel welcome by the reception staff. Any queries we had were answered fully and well.

My two teenage sons and I spent the night in a family room. Hotel was quiet. Easy to find. Free parking. Good breakfast.

Poor cleanliness, expensive, very limited menu.

The staff were fabulous - informative, helpful and cheerful. (Especially check-in - Ey up to you from the Yorkshire lasses !!) Nothing too much trouble for anyone and you were always greeted with a smile. Everywhere was lovely and clean. Breakfast was vast and very tasty. Plenty of car parking spaces. A great base from which to explore beautiful Northern Ireland. We will be back !!

We stayed at the Copthorne as part of a multi trip itinerary (Canada to London, Belfast, and Reykjavik) while visiting relatives. There was no safe in the room; but, other than that, everything about our experience at this hotel was five star!

Too noisy for me

Hotel refused to give a receipt, Hotels.com website says get it from the hotel. Not happy. Half hour phonecall to do on Monday. AGAIN
