The driver side mirror of our car was damaged during valet parking, we didn't notice it when we left, and they didn't notice us about it.

I should never be charged to park my vehicle and especially $90 for two days when I’ve paid through the nose for a room. It’s so crazy. Nice place but too expensive.

Really liked how everything was walking distance, staff was great. Rooms were comfy.

Great location! Great views! Staff were all very friendly. Top notch cleanliness all around. Lovely restaurant and bar.

You can't beat the location, the staff and services, our oceanfront room with the sea lions playing in front of our balcony, the food - everything was top level. We will stay there again.

Comfort and beauty of the room

I love the cleanliness, beds were so comfortable. The best location to do a lot sight seeing, shopping, and good eating!

Room amenities/features booked for were broken. They don’t tell you that you might be staying in the building across the street and it is not in the description when booking/ selecting a room which was incredibly difficult being disabled. When we tried to speak to someone at the front desk, the man was rude, condescending, and insulting about my disabilities. Positive note though, the valets especially Ricardo were the greatest! Kind, polite, and respectful don’t begin to do them justice!!

You could not be any more central than staying here. The Aquarium is steps away and so are many cafes and restaurants. At first this had me worried about noise and parking, but the parking rate includes valet, which makes it super easy. And even though we stayed at street facing room by the elevator, we heard nothing in our room. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, I liked the refillable water bottles they offer. The only thing I can think of that could be better is the restaurant service at the restaurant at the bottom floor of the hotel. Not sure how closely they are associated with the hotel, but they were definitely lacking in comparison to the hotel (no water refills, took forever to wave someone down for the bill).

We are on a 4 week trip across the US, compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in on the trip this hotel is dated, our AC didn’t work, the patio area was dirty, tv was hopelessly old fashioned. We know why it takes the valet so long to fetch your car, it’s because they are adjusting every control you have and laying your seat all the way back for some reason. Wasn’t the best.

Helt ok hotell men ganska eftersatt och slitet. Problem till och från med Wifi och hårda sängar. Bra läge nära strand o trevligt promenadstråk. Under perioden vi hyrde var priset högt och motsvarande därför inte våra förväntningar.
