Great room and delicious breakfast

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to all my questions and inquiries. Fantastic stay and can't wait to come again.

The best part is the pool. The worst is one of the staff members. Might as well just go to the one across the street, they have a water slide and hot tub. Rooms are clean when you first arrive but cleaners don't come everyday so our sheets were not changed, nor were the trashes emptied etc. The pool genuinely was the best part of the stay. Which was a shallow pool, best for kids. Breakfast hours were short and early, not ideal for everyone. I will not be coming back personally.

Room 428 was very clean , except the couch had a large stain. It did not look inviting. Needs to be cleaned or replaced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good except the fruit did not have enough variety and the English muffins were pretty old. Coffee and juice selection was excellent. The plain omelet was not tasty which was used for two mornings. Kitchen staff were very friendly. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I do like staying at this hotel and have stayed many times visiting Guelph. It is at an excellent area to stay and well worth the cost.

Nice friendly staff breakfast included. They upgraded me to a suite didn’t ask.

The property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was awesome. What I didn't like was : If staying for shorter duration the staff will not clean your room or make up your bed. As a guest I would like that to be done on a daily basis

Room was excellent

Staff was wonderful, room was gorgeous, patio was awesome. The pool area was a little dark but it was a beautiful weekend so kids didn’t really want to be in the pool anyway. It was great. We will be staying there again. Thank you!

Excellent- would stay again!

Clean and modern hotel with great amenities - free breakfast and evening meal (some nights), pool, gym, laundry. Free parking. Good value and only minutes from downtown or to the University. Only downside is it’s not walkable to any dining options, but it’s a short drive.

Nice clean room. Very nice and friendly staff. Parking was very convenient and felt safe.

Very nice stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were professional, although not especially friendly. I will stay again so I can try the pool.

What I did not like was Staybridge charged me $11.76 more than Expedia quoted. When I called Staybridge to inquire, they told me to contact Expedia who in turn said they needed to contact Staybridge. I also needed to send a photo of the charge on my credit card. Expedia then responded with an email that Staybridge had charged the correct amount. Two hours later I received an email again from Expedia that Staybridge had processed a refund on my credit card. When I checked my card, there was no refund. I again emailed Expedia who responded that the refund can take 7-10 business days. So now I wait for a refund. This has taken a lot of my time and I would have expected some form of additional compensation for all the trouble I went through but none was offered. Normally, Expedia has always offered great service, but this was disappointing. I am not sure who was responsible for this mistake, Staybridge or Expedia. The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly, with the exception of stains on the arms of the couch, the room was clean and the breakfast was great.

I enjoyed the layout of the lobby, coffee bar, and sitting areas. It was nice to have access to a pool.I found the suite to be clean and sized to meet our (2 person) needs. It was nice to have access to a full sized fridge and microwave. Just a suggestion perhaps a microwave/convection oven. Not crazy about the tv's placement but then only watched while eating. The staff were really great! It was easy to relax and find all friendly and helpful.

This place was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was amazing! The staff were incredible as well! :)

Didn’t like the room layout, bath needs a little updating. Bed was only queen, not overly comfortable. Did not use any amenities nor breakfast. Close to highway, nothing to walk to. Do not clean room daily. Nothing bad but not great.
