The view is bad and not on the pool

Cean and very convenient to any where.

Hotel is perfect to stay and easy to go night market ,night life . And staff is all good service . Will visit here again when I travel to Phuket.

Senang banget stay di sini neh sudah yang ke 2 kali nya.

จองไปไม่ได้ห้องตามที่จอง ตอน Check in พนักงานพาไปที่ห้อง ห้องพักก็ยังจัดเตรียมไม่เรียบร้อย ตอน Check Out บริการช้ามาก นั่งรอนานมาก ต้องปรับปรุงงานบริการ สำหรับห้องพัก ดีครับ

Check in process was terrible; I have to wait for 2 hours before allowed to be check in, this happened to other guests as well on that day. The worst part, one of the staff at receptionist asked me to wait at the bench around the swimming pool. Unfortunately, I was being ‘chased’ by one of the other staff taking charged at the swimming pool, and asked me to wait somewhere else. This is ridiculous!!! What makes the situation worst is the key card malfunction and I have to change it...I think this is the worst 4 stars hotel I’ve ever stayed with. No more Patong Beach Hotel in the future!! By all mean, please avoid staying here!

สถานที่ดีมาก อาหารเช้าเยี่ยมครับ

เราจองเตียงคู่ไป ให้เตียงเดี๋ยวเรา และมีเด็ก 5 ขวบไปด้วยคิดค่าอาหารเช้าเพิ่มอีก ค่าห้องที่จองก็แพงมากแล้ว 3680 บาท 4 คืน 2 ห้อง ก็เกือบ 3 หมื่น วันหลังไม่มาพักละ
