Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.

El hotel está en un ubicación correcta si tu objetivo es moverte durante el día a ferias, centros comerciales de los alrededores y convenciones. La habitación genial, y el personal correcto. En cuánto a los servicios básicos, por el precio que se paga la noche que no haya ni una triste botella de agua como cortesía me parece vergonzoso... que llegues por la noche al hotel y no tengas esa opción, hasta hostales lo ofrecen...enfin... Pero claro, luego están las botellas de 33cl en minibar a 3€...

Todo muy bien he ido con mi hija y le ha encantado la piscina, aunque este haciendo frío se podía disfrutar lo único que se podría mejorar la temperatura del agua ya que para llegar a la piscina hay que pasar por la terraza abierta , pero la atención muy amable desde la recepción hasta la chica que hace las habitaciones y el personal del buffet sin duda volvemos

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Nahverkehrs Anbindung. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Room spacious & clean. Gym needs improvement. No towels were available for sauna/gym/pool and no water available in the gym. Both coolers were empty

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer im 14. Stock mit einer umwerfenden Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet! Es hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Einziger Nachteil: man muss mit mindestens 30-40 Min. Weg ins Stadtzentrum rechnen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist jedoch sehr gut.

Clean room. Spacious. Not that far from metro or tram. Pool looked like it needed a bit of a clean up but other than that a perfectly good stay.
