我们住的609房间里电梯很近，晚上电梯运行的噪音很大 影响我们休息。

Staff were friendly and helpful. On one day of my four day stay the towels were not up to their normsl standard.

We had a nice stay. Great location with a fantastic coffee shop a few blocks away. Only issue was the pillows in the room were too tall and hard. Front desk said that’s the only option.

There were coffee shops near by. A lounge.. restaurant within the building itself. The room was clean and the stff very professional and accommodating

Clean and a good price, great spot to stay if catching an oilers game at Rogers Place!

We stayed one night. The room offerings are great. The one thing, and its just preference, the couches were quite low to the ground. It seemed a long way down! Also, we weren't aware, but parking is $30/day. You could park overnight at the impark lot immediately behind the hotel for $21 but would need to move your car or pay again by 9am. Midweek these rates may go up however due to the downtown commuters. But a great stay, quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly.

Close to everything downtown. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They serve a very nice breakdast buffet as well.

Easy check-in and checkout. Quick access to Starbucks around the corner. Very friendly staff. Bathroom did have some foreign hair in it that I didn’t love. Other than this, our stay was great!

The gym equipment was fantastic specially the cable machine Lots of different size balance balls also

The Matrix hotel just does everything a little better than most other hotels. The water pressure in the shower is great, the glasses and wineglasses are…well, glass, the hair dryer is salon quality. We also enjoy the restaurant - the breakfast buffet is great and the price is so reasonable. It’s our favourite place to stay in downtown Edmonton!
