Nice budget hotel close to the airport with comfortable beds. The restaurant on site was really good

It’s just a rundown place. The owners evidently don’t care. Carpet worn, dirty, paint needed. It’s a mess. At least, what I saw. There’s a reason it’s cheaper.

We were not told that there was a water issue and it all came out brown. We tried the run it in the bathroom for 10 minutes. Still brown. So we couldn’t properly brush our teeth and there was no face washing or showering. It was also not very clean in the room. We complained and asked for a refund and they would only give us a small discount. Very disappointing.

They shut off the water for scheduled maintenance to all rooms from 10am until 3pm with no verbal warning, NOTHING mentioned at check-in. We have a thirty hour flight route today and were unable to shower or flush the toilet before leaving for our trip. When we brought it to their attention they said there was nothing they could do because there were signs posted at the front desk and in the elevator. We didn't use the elevator and the sign at the desk was at belly height and easy to miss because you're standing against the desk while checking in. Extremely unhelpful and uncaring staff at front desk, poor communication. Will not be returning. Funny part is we wouldn't have cared had we known. Would've just scheduled our bathroom time around the maintenance. Shuttle drivers were spot on!

It was clean. The breakfast was good but small selection. The breakfast area was full of people and took awhile to get through the line. Coffee was good. It was a nice stay.

The young desk attendant was oblivious of the situation I stated to him where stairs were NOT AN OPTION for me and yet he still booked me a room where stairs were involved The continental breakfast was very good The airport pick up sucked as they did NOT mention where they parked and took 2 hours from the time I picked up my baggage to the time I got to my room The inconvenience of a flooded floor to my room and the disrespect I received when I went back to the main desk was present

Bathroom had tub/shower but sink was across hall in alcove. Bathroom floor filthy. Room dated. Staff nice except waitress we had at dinner, would hope no one gets her. Our dinner was very late as everyone who came in got theirs and were gone before we got ours. Waitress not nice. Breakfast cheap, only plain bagels, no cheeses, only white toast, fried egg, sausage rounds, cereal, mainly vanilla yogurt and coffee pot empty. No staff maintaining dishes/pots. Will never stay here again.

I understand they are renovating but, honestly, this place was run down. And the liquid bucket at breakfast?? Disgusting… And why use plastic utensils that are useless? Disappointing.

The room is clean but the hotel is very old. They are changing the dirty carpets in the walkway when I walked to my room. The walls are very tired. The breakfast was very poor. This is a partially renovated motel but charging 4 star price.

Rooms were clean - bed comfy Bathrooms are VERY small - and water pressure in shower is so low that you had to bend your head back to get under the water. It’s very apparent the rooms need a proper upgrade- the carpet is old. It smells old. It was okay for two nights.

This is an old property. The only restaurant is a bar with VLTs which I felt was not appropriate when traveling with children. The hotel was kind of shabby and not clean in corners in the bathroom.
