The hotel was nice, staff are kind, helpful and beautiful. ;)

炎熱的夏天不宜入住，房間只有一個小窗，沒空調，只提供微弱的風扇，空氣不流通。被安排的房間與其他房間分開，好像潛建在梯間。房間內的擺設與提供的相片嚴重不符，空間變小，用具陳舊，沒法擺放大型行李，大失所望。

Nice staff, good location (5 min walk from the main coach station), rooms are clean, bathroom is big. Breakfast are very nice! Spa has to be improved. The steambath is too weak.

洗手間有臭味傳出。零度天氣都要打開窗吹。連最基本熱水煲都不提供，想借熱水煲要另外收費，令人反感。

It is not too far from the shopping and sight seeing area. If you have big suitcase, it is a bit far from the coach bus station and the road to the hotel is not very smooth. The reception is good and helpful. We are arranged to the highest floor and the corner room of it. The door is irregular and so dose the room. Maybe I am not use to sleep at the rooftop level, I don't really like it especially the view from my room. And the ventilation is not ok also. Don't mention there was a dinning car from the other room in front of our door for a whole night.

Good location and the breakfast is good. However, no air conditioner and a bit hot during our stayed

房间非常干净，距离火车站和汽车站都很近，去哪里都方便，对面就是24小时超市，购物中心，旁边就是麦当劳，给我安排其实是六层顶层房间，下午西晒有点热但是阁楼的布局对我来说很新奇。服务员都很友善，自助餐厅有点旧，SPA尝试了，设施不错，但手法一般吧。如果房间内提供热水壶就更好了。

Rent, gode senger, veldig sentralt. Bra frokost, og myke håndklær. Vi oppgraderte og betalte ekstra for et rom med aircondition, det var nyttig. Men takvinduet hadde ikke skjerming, så det var veldig lyst på rommet fra kl 05, noe som gjorde at det ble lite søvn. Ga beskjed til resepsjonen, de sa de skulle ordne det, men ingenting ble gjort utover at jeg selv prøvde å feste et laken delvis foran (som forøvrig ikke fungerte optimalt) Ellers et bra hotell med ypperlig beliggenhet.

The hotel is well located to walk to all the main areas and sights and close to the stop for the airport bus as well as the main shopping complex. The room was clean, pleasant and a reasonable size.

Det var dessverre ikke aircondition på hotellet (vi hadde glemt å sjekke dette) så det ble veldig varmt. Vi prøvde å ha vinduet åpent, men det var ganske mye støy fra bakgården. De ansatte var hyggelige, og beliggenheten er bra med nærhet til transport og den fine parken langs kanalen

Friendly staff, nice rooms and nice water pressure. Clean bathroom.

This is my third stay at the opera. It is well located near bus & train stations, an easy delightful walk to the old town. The room was an upgrade, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous- just about anything anyone could desire. The staff was particularly helpful . I’ll be back!

Was helaas erg gehorig. Het verkeer op straat was de hele nacht goed hoorbaar, waardoor we niet goed hebben geslapen.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly except one staff member on the last day was kind of rude to me. On two days, there was loud drunk people yelling in the early hours of the morning, but other than that I enjoyed my time there and I would return to this hotel again.

Værelset var dejlig rent og Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Et minus at der ikke er Aircondition.

Well positioned right beside the Old Town, very helpful staff, good breakfast. Only slightly let down by non functioning air conditioning in the rooms,
