really one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. (and I've stayed in hundreds.....). Dirty rooms, rusty and broken bathroom sink... and unhelpful staff. and some staff were actually unfriendly... No room amenities = no coffee , no hair conditioner.... ... and (final straw....) they did not inform us that their lobby was under renovation which meant we had to drag our luggage up and down a steep set of outdoor stairs to their basemnt whete they had set up a temporary reception...

Very nice hotel and good location; the cleaning service is good! Only one problem is the lift availability, always need to wait for long time

Comfortable room. The facilities in underground floor is great. Very near to the Rathaus(Xmas market). A male staff in their restaurant(Rebelli) is disorganised. All in all, we are satisfied during our six nights in this hotel.

Hab 5 Sterne gegeben, weil es ein tolles Hotel mit einem super Team in hervorragender Lage ist! Aber bitte achtet auf die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und auch beim Frühstücksbuffet. Da müsst ihr echt aufpassen!

otelde 2 gece kaldım. gayet temiz ve müzeler bölgesine çok yakın. şehrin bu civarında 22,00 civarı kahveciler kapanıyor. otelin üst katında meşhur bir terası varmış ama ilk gece bir düğün organizasyonu olduğu için almadılar. ikinci gece ise kapalıydı. 23,00 civarı kahve istedim ama "imkansız" dediler. standart bir oda kiraladığım için kattle odada yoktu. yakınlarda sinama festivali ve aparol şenliği vardı, mecbur aparol içtim :) yine de tertemiz banyo ve yatak çok konforluydu. otel çıkışı yaptıktan sonra bavulu bırakmam ve akşamki uçağa kadar emanete aldılar. teşekkürler.

The 25hours hotel is stylish, with a modern off-beat funky theme, which we really liked. Rooms were spacious, clean and we were provided with everything we needed (the staff were really quick at sending an iron to our room when we requested!) The rooftop bar was really good, with amazing views, and breakfast was really good too. Really good location too. We'll definitely be looking for a 25hours hotel next time we travel to any major city!

The room was clean and comfortable if a tad bit small. The on site restaurant was only okay as both of our pizzas were significantly undercooked on the middle but burnt on the crust a clear sign they had the wood fired pizza oven running too hot. Their website clearly states that we should get 1 free mini bar refill however when we approached the front desk about this they implied that we were lying to try and get free things. When shown the website the simply said "we don't do that, it's wrong" and did not apologize for implying we were lying. Location is very good for museums. Overall it was okay with the pros being the location and cleanliness and the cons being amenities, service staff, room size, and false advertising
