Amazing memory of the swimming pool. The room with view of the Hassan II Mosque was spectacular. Breakfast had a few hundred food options and was tasty. Staff was kind and helpful, location was fantastic. I will never forget the pool though. The warm water temperature was.relaxing and the high pressure water experience was second to none. . I hope I can come back again one day.

Just about the worst hotel I have ever stayed, and I have been to 30 plus countries. The whole place is depressingly inhospitable. I understand that I maybe generalizing but I won’t be coming back to Morocco any time soon. Too bad.

Employees were very kind, professional and helpfull. The SPA was well maintained. Restaurant at the 28th floor wonderfull. However, it was very noisy, from outside: each night a lot of noise done by motorbike between 3 and 5 am, the poor quality (airtightness of the window) was not able to reduce the noise (even at the 16th floor where we were). Defintiely, the owner should invest in reduction noise window.

Séjour sympathique. Quel dommage que la magnifique vue depuis les chambres soit brouillé par un pelliculage de points blanc. Le petit déjeuner mériterait un peu plus de qualité dans les produits, notamment en ce qui concerne les jus.

Breakfast was fantastic! The ladies who made us omelets were very kind, the guys served us tea and coffee. The bar is of high standard, UNFORTUNATELY, it is not non-smoking which makes it unusable for us. Smoking in public places, especially dining rooms is outdated in 2026! The windows were sort of tinted, you cannot see the Ocean, but the choice was just the ocean view. This is unfortunate, selling what you cannot deliver. Thank you!

We needed 1 night in Casablanca following our trip around Morocco, for an early flight the next morning. This hotel was conveniently located, very modern and clean. I would've expected a bit more from the front desk staff – they were cold and perfunctory. Upon check-in, the lady that was checking us in was preoccupied with her colleage working beside her, joking with him and also chatting with the customer he was chatting with. Check out was also very brusque and perfunctory. Not quite the Moroccan warmth and hospitality that we had become accustomed to from our previous 2 weeks through the country.

The room was very spacious and clean! We were on the 18th floor and had an amazing view of the city and ocean!! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was excellent! I highly recommend

The room was clan. But the TV was not working called the front desk they were suppose to send some one to fix After an hour of waiting , went to bed and tv never got fixed

The room was dirty, the television was broken, and one towel per person. They told us FIVE times they were sending someone up to fix the tv...they did not. The hotel pretends to be 5 star, but it is 3 at best.
