There are too few play equipment, the room space is depressed, the bathroom is too small, the exhaust system is damaged, and the sound insulation facilities are not perfect

Couldn't plug my ROKU into the TV because the power outlets were too far away. For adult couples without kids, the adult hot tub is not supposed to have kids in it. It needs to be strictly enforced. No couple, celebrating their anniversary, wants to see crying babies in the adult jacuzzi, and nasty, used swim diapers on the ground in that area. They should have been told to go to the family hot tub. They didn't leave after an attendant told them to take their baby out. The prices for food and other items in the shops were ridiculously expensive. The waterproof phone protective cases were like $33 for one. =O Be ready to walk because the halls are LONG. If you are handicapped or have bad knees, hips, or ankles, you might specifically request a closer room to the water park and amenities. On the other hand, the hot tub was AMAZING!!! The wave pool was relaxing. There are lots of seats & tables, & it wasn't overcrowded. The atmosphere was pretty cool. The room was nice and clean & we had plenty of towels. This resort is great for families & children. Though the food was expensive, it was really yummy & they gave us a lot. Since it was our anniversary, we were given a complimentary dessert at the restaurant, so it was really nice and thoughtful of them. The service was great, & all of the workers were so kind & nice. We might go back again sometime, especially for that hot tub. The jets in that thing were AWESOME. They are great for a massage and sore muscles.

We all had a blast, my grandson enjoyed it so much!! It was his birthday !!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille ! Super avec des enfants bien sûr ! La chambre était spacieuse, propre et calme ! Après c'est quand même très cher sans avoir la restauration incluse ni les casiers à la piscine ! Manque un peu de propreté à la piscine où tout le monde rentre avec des chaussures et des vêtements et même de la nourriture de partout.

Everything was amazing except my rooms sink had no cold water the buffet was a little pricey i wish the water park area opened earlier so we could have enjoyed it more but over all my daughter loved it

Lots of options and things for the kids to enjoy. Very kid friendly environment I’m from Kansas City Kansas and the one we visited in Texas is twice the size. As a family we had great time

My granddaughter had a blast , so it was a great experience for her .

The property was very well taken care of very good for child safety. The only thing that was a hassle was parking but that was totally understandable. The food wait and customer service needs a tad bit of improvement but overall a family friendly stay.
