Super geeignet für Familien, vor allem mit jüngeren Kindern. Großer Teil der Pools für die erwachsenere Gesellschaft im Schatten, dadurch haben wir Mitte Mai noch etwas gefroren und waren tendenziell eher nicht im Pool.

They put us in old rundown rooms far away from the restaurants and other amenities. The food was not great. Only buffets were available and the hotel was soooo busy. Parents weren’t watching their children in the restaurants and the kids were touching everything and licking the utensils. Not pleasant at all!!

Tudo correu super bem durante a estadia

Nie wieder würde ich dorthin. Essen war jeden Tag identisch und ungenießbar. Wir konnten iwann nur noch Pizza essen (die war lecker). Eigentlich verbrachten wir die ganze Zeit damit, lippenstiftfreie Gläser zu finden. Ekelhaft. Das Wasser im Pool war so kalt , dass Kind sich erkältet hat. Die Pools im hinteren Kinderbereich hatten am späteren Nachmittag eine dunkle Trübung erreicht. Die Gäste schmeißen alles irgendwo hin (gibt ja genug und schließlich bezahlt): Becher mit Getränkeinhalten liegen am Poolrand und tropfen ins Wasser. Wer nach 11 Uhr eine Liege will, hat Pech. Unterhaltungsprogramm war wirklich toll. Kind hat der Urlaub gefallen. Uns war schlecht.

This is a great holiday to keep the kids entertained (which is mostly what we wanted). The food was good and tasty. I felt spoilt with the huge amounts of red prawns on offer almost every night. The pools are fantastic, the lifeguards on patrols were amazing at keeping everything fun and safe. The playground is also great we used it a couple of times in the evening. The complex is big - we stayed in block 42 - and had no trouble getting around. The location setting is beautiful - fantastic outlook. We didn’t use the kids club but I loved the way it was run and the staff really are great. The rooms are a little tired, quite small and there is a drain smell but they are clean and quite comfy beds.

Die Zimmer sahen schon anders aus, als beworben, zuerst waren wir auch etwas enttäuscht, allerdings hat sich das schnell gegeben. Unser Zimmer war grundsätzlich gereinigt und dies wurde täglich erledigt. Auch wurde dies täglich gemacht. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und lädt zum Baden und Entspannen ein. Also im Grunde völlig ok.

Positiv: - Service: das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - Essen: das Essen war lecker und frisch - Sauberkeit: ich empfand alles als sehr sauber und gepflegt - Die Anlage an sich: schön gemacht Verbesserungswürdig: - Buffet: auch wenn das Essen gut war haben mir beim Buffet die Beschriftungen gefehlt. Diese waren teilweise gar nicht da oder falsch positioniert. - Sprache: Das Personal konnte fast gar kein Deutsch und Englisch sprachen auch nur die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Negativ: - Klientel der Gäste: hier kommen wir zum ersten Punkt der das Hotel für mich abwertet. Ich weiß nicht ob wir einfach zum falschen Zeitpunkt hier waren aber hier waren zu 90% Briten. Und diese haben sich, gelinde gesagt, nicht mit Ruhm bekleckert. Harter Alkohol vor 16Uhr und Gegröle bis weit nach 0Uhr ist nicht das was ich mir unter einen entspannten FAMILIENurlaub in einem FAMILIENhotel vorstelle. - Fehlalarme: an unserem ersten UND letzten Urlaubstag gab es jeweils zwei Fehlalarme kurz vor 6Uhr. Ein wirkliches No Go, besonders wenn man erst nach 0Uhr einschlafen konnte Dank der Partygäste. Erholung sieht anders aus - Strand: der Strand war leider ein kompletter Flop. Dieser war komplett mit Algen voll, sodass man gar nicht ins Meer reingehen konnte. Am zweiten Urlaubstag war dann tatsächlich EIN ganzer Mitarbeiter mir EINER Schubkarre beschäftigt und hat vllt drei Blättchen Alge entfernt. Danach ist wieder nichts passiert und der Strand somit unbrauchbar

Für kurzurlaub perfekt

Drukte alom, volle eetgelegenheden en overvolle zwembaden. De kamers zijn uitermate slecht geïsoleerd, dus tot een uur of 22u komt er veel lawaai de slaapkamer in. Niet ideaal met kleine kinderen.

Beim Essen ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Für Familien mit Kindern ok. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Am Anfang roch es nach Kloake (Badezimmer). Adults Friendly Bereich fehlt. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The resort was amazing! Great food, friendly service, and tons of activities for the whole family! We enjoyed all of the evening shows! The Disco, Rock, and Addams Groove were so impressive! The fire show at the beach was a great time too! Highly recommend for families - especially those with younger kids!

Excelente hotel, fica próximo de várias praias lindas. Alimentação do Hotel é muito boa!! A limpeza dos quartos e os funcionários excelentes e muito educados. Fomos atendido em tudo que precisamos.

Great location

Generally a very nice holiday. The positives: firstly a big thank you to all the staff, everyone we met was friendly and helpful, absolutely a great team. The food, great choice for all and excellent quality, very enjoyable. (remember it's a family resort so can be a bit chaotic at times!) Lots of entertainment especially for the kids. Kids loved the little beach and the hotel is located only 5 minutes (by bus or taxi) to a lovely little town/marina if you want to get out. Negatives, nowhere for adults to get away for a bit of peace, no adult pool or bar so for us poor grandparents it was "full on". Our rooms were quite old and dated, (block 12) which was a shame and did "spoil" the experience. We did bring to their attention a couple of issues after a few days, which we thought had been resolved including a damaged bathroom window. However in one of our rooms that bathroom window fell open with no warning if one of the children was underneath, I dread to think. The tiled floor in the bedroom was sinking resulting in tile cracking with sharp edges. I believe block 12 is the only accommodation not refurbished yet and other blocks did look new. I would say the management did seem genuinely concerned and helpful in finally getting the window repaired but we should never had been put at risk in the first place. That incident did spoil what would have been a lovely family holiday.

En general lo mejor las actividades de niños . Pocas opciones para comer solo el restaurante principal es de gran variedad.. la comida es de calidad … no recomiendo el restaurante en la playa , a pesar de hacer una reserva anticipada llegas y tienes que esperar colas de 15 min porque no te dejan sentarte .. allí no hay variedad de comida .. ni para desayunar y mucho menos para cenar … si no eliges habitaciones cerca de las piscinas tienes que andar muchísimo desde las demás habitaciones que están fuera del hotel .. un tiempo perdido y muy incómodo con niños … el último día nuestras toallas y almohadas desaparecieron de la piscina .. ( menos mal que cojo siempre mi bolso con objetos personales) seguro no repetiré por el precio que pagué esperaba algo mejor

올인클루시브 너무 좋네요 수영장도 여기저기 가깝고, 바다를 끼고 있어서 스노쿨링하기 너무 좋습니다. 식당이 4개인데 모두 부페고 음식이 아주 좋습니다. 해변식당은 꼭 예약해야 되는데, 2일안에는 항상 마감이니, 체크인전에 앱을 깔아서 미리 예약해보세요 리조트안에 마트랑 옷가게 없는게 없습니다 시내는 차로 10-20분 나가야 있습니다. 며칠간여기서 살아야 합니다. 공항에서는 약1시간. 택시로 90유로.
