廁所和浴室分開的兩間 廁所小小的全部都白色 有點恐怖 浴室乾淨溫馨 12：00到就提早讓我們入住了 員工態度都很好 飯店離車站有點遠 很可惜飯店沒有接駁 可以請飯店幫忙訂計程車 他們都很樂意 從飯店往城堡看的風景超美

Great hotel and staff but just a little let down by the cleaning of the room. Felt like it had been a bit rushed, water not replaced properly, some little bits of tissue etc on the floor. Nothing worth bothering the hotel about but could have been sharper. Slightly disappointed as they have a “happy hour” that is 50% off the second drink, I worked it out eventually but too late for getting the benefit and other English speakers didn’t get it either (my French is ok but missed the explanation on the poster). I do think staff could have explained a little. Good modern hotel and great for the castle.

Too much dust to be acceptable: a hotel must be clean. My suggestion: remove the moquette. Breakfast: average, not a 4-star buffet.

客室はスタイリッシュでオシャレでしたが、ちょっと赤色系だったので落ち着かなかった。 フロントスタッフ、朝食レストランのスタッフはとても丁寧でした。 朝食は豊富でとても美味しかった。 ホテルのロケーションは駅ら歩くと女性だと15分くらいだが、シテが川を挟んで向かい側に見えるから良いです！
