Which one was amazing stuff very great stay

Spectaular

Amazing place and resort. Only criticism would be the golf buggy service up and down the steep hill to resort left many customers queuing for long periods. Weird when they had spare buggies available, why not just have 2 running when demand required it?

Stunning views. Hotel room was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.

This is one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. There was hair in our bathtub and on the counters when we arrived. One of the faucets sprayed water all over us and the other one was loose and about to fall off the sink. The furniture and walls were dirty and damaged. What a sad place.

Excellent location and facilities within the hotel and nearby area. Stayed in a deluxe room overlooking the sea and this did not disappoint, highly recommend staying in this hotel staff and services excellent!

Good hote

Anyone expecting 5 star will be disappointed. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Positives - Room - smart / modern Location - great to explore Cavtat Select reception staff friendly Negatives - Housekeeping - one day didn’t come at all, cups and glasses never changed, bird poo on balcony which I had to ask to be removed after day 3. Breakfast - no organisation, dated facilities, coffee was terrible, food cold apart from freshly made omelets. Had to get there early to enjoy full selection. Platinum membership - perks not even acknowledged at check in, when I asked about an upgrade the next day I was told we already have a nice room. Day 3 they eventually told us about 20% off at restaurants by which time it was too late as we’d made plans to eat elsewhere. Landings / lift areas - very warm which is not comfortable when walking around hotel. Gym - warm water in cooler. Just what you need! Cliff beach bar - closes at 6pm when you most want a refreshing drink. These are only my opinion. I think management would benefit from staying at their own hotel to experience the issues and make the changes to this hotel in order to get the standard higher.

My partner and I stayed here for a week and we LOVED IT! 5 minutes walk to Cavtat where there are beautiful bars and restaurants, plenty of options to eat and drink. We stayed most days at the beach and even enjoyed some of the water sport activities. The views from the room and throughout the complex were spectacular. 30 minutes to Dubrovnik by boat and beautiful sunsets each evening.

I love their room, and breakfast buffet is great!

The hotel is beautiful and has many amenities. We enjoyed our stay. The buffet food is okay, nothing great. Each time we had an interaction with the front desk it was awkward. They barely spoke and on both occasions excused themselves to go to a manager’s office to talk about us. Until you point blank asked if there was a situation, you had no idea what was happening with your reservation or bill. Very unsettling!

Had an amazing holiday for 10 days. Be did booked half board but would do that again as the evening food was poor and we ended up eating out most of the time we were there. I do think that if they improved the food, it would be incredible. This didn’t change our holiday though as we had an amazing time. We’ve booked to go back next year on a B&B basis.

At best a four star property. Crowded, busy , below average service. Not a five star property.

Lovely hotel. Peaceful and relaxing. Staff very helpful. Spinnaker restaurant area scruffy and not as nice as photos or restaurants in Cavtat. Croatia is a beautiful place.
