during check we tell them that we are 3 person booking for 3 person and paid for 3 person and have 3 breakfast but they refused to prepare for 3 only 2. after long conversation they agreed to prep room for 3 but after we entered the room, it's only for 2 ! so we go down again and have conversation again..and there's a mam who wise enough to understand and prep our room for 3

I have paid 1 room for 2 persons including breakfast, but while staying there, why the receptionist charged me CNY 28 every single day for breakfast?

Lokasi strategis dekat dengan Wangfujing Street, staff so-so kamar sesuai dengan pesanan, WiFi belum terkoneksi dengan VPN.

Staf hotelnya ramah, tetapi tidak bisa bahasa inggris, resepsionisnya pun komunikatif. Tempatnya cukup bersih, tidak disediakan air mineral di kamar.

Layanan hotel kurang, kebersihan kamar kurang, namun lokasi strategis, di tengah hot spot tour.
