I heard that hotels in Hong Kong are absolutely pricey and very small. However, I think this hotel is 1000000% worth every penny I spent! The room is spacious, clean, with complete amenities. The staffs are nice, helpful, and super friendly. The location is superb! Near 7-Eleven, MTR station, airport bus station, and nice restaurants as well. Super super super recommended!

Lokasi stategis dekat dengan MRT jalan cuma 2 menit, kebersihan kamar kurang, pelayan biasa-biasa saja.

Very nice and pleasant stay, hotel location is perfect, bed is super comfy, staff totally helpful, really appreciate the information regarding Hongkong situation given daily. The only thing we don't really like is the view from our window - a building construction -; otherwise everything is perfect. We also enjoy the shuttle service to HK station, save us lots of energy. Thank you so much Hotel Jen, hope we can stay there again soon.

地理位置优越，距离香港大学地铁站仅几步之遥，酒店门前有蛋糕店，酒店周围有许多餐厅和迷你市场......服务很棒，在这里住了一个星期，如果我们再次去香港，一定会再来这里住。

We have very good stay at Jen hotel, The front desk lady is very very helpful providing info from MTR to demo situation. Good food nearby hotel and 7-11 just around the corner. I like the swimming pool.. warm water and clean. Last but not least the concierge uncle is friendly and always ready to help. I will surely recommend Jen and will come back to stay at this hotel if I visit HK.

It’s nearby HKU(Hong Kong University) Station, so easy to get MTR. And also it offers free shuttle bus to Hongkong Station or Disney Land. It was very useful. Breakfast is not worth than I expected.

Clean and comfortable. Location is near mrt so it is very convenient. Overall good experience, staff was also friendly throughout!

everything in here is excellent! very strategic place near the HKU MTR exit B2 and just across the street the hotel is at your right front of you ☺ i hope Jen will expand the location in Jakarta 😄

Overall it was great experience staying at Jen Hotel, however there is no heater in the room, and the room is too cold
